Did they say you could decorate your room when you turned 18? Because I mean, it'll still be their house right? So your age doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. It's like, if they won't let you decorate it now, your age doesn't matter. That's what it seems like to me.

I think maybe that didn't come out right? What I was trying to say that if your parents won't let you decorate the room now, since it is in their house, it doesn't matter if you're 18 or 80, you won't be able to decorate it when you turn 18 if it's against their wishes that you do so.
