That makes sense. They have enough weirdass commercials these days that I can totally see them making a "poop the rainbow" commercial.

I mean, have you seen the commercial with the kid that has a skittle tree growing out of him? Or I saw a "don't poach the rainbow" commercial with hillbillies....ugh. Skittles commercials are so obnoxious weird and creepy these days!

*rolls around on the thread* I'm sleepy again. But I think if I lay down my brain will keep working and keep me up again.

I watched The Colony, some new reality/survival show on the Discovery Channel and they set up these people in a fake bio-disaster aftermath and tell them to survive. Which is cool, but then the producers throw challenges at them, like dealing with outsiders, which is also fine because it's realistic. But then they send a mob after them instructed to only take medical supplies. That, I'm not cool with. If you were a disaster survivor, you're gonna kick the shit out of those people and take everything, not just leave after grabbing a few pills when you outnumber them three to one!

I was so distracted by the beginning, I spilled a giant glass of water on my desk and had to frantically clean it up. x_x

It was interesting, but stuff bugged me. Like, they're in a part of Louisiana that was affected by Katrina, which was years ago. But they find a truck with rotting pig carcasses in it. Planted rotting pig carcasses, because if they'd been there since Katrina they'd be skeletal. I know it's a tv show, but what is contrived and what isn't really bothered me. And then the previews for further in had various fires and explosions that had me WTFing. Clearly, they're going to go the route of spectacular over realistic.

That sounds so fun to watch though D:
