People should just take everyone as they are. At least be tolerant, but then again that musical was based on the '50s where women weren't quite independent yet. Except for Rizzo.

I only liked the 50s it based on the pop culture. Other than that, my favorite eras probably are Regency (early 1800s), 70s (ABBA), and 90s.

OMG, no, but it sounds like something I'd be into! Victorian era is awesome as well. Shanghai Knights was on TV a couple of days ago. I'll check your suggestion on IMDB though to see if it plays over here.
edit: Regency House Party seems like something I'd be able to find at the Barnes & Noble over here. We have so many documentary things over there, and with Richard Grant, that's sure to be a bonus!
