The Legend of the Seeker is about this man who was born to kill the tyrant. The tyrant, whose name is Darken Rahl, tried to kill him as a baby when he heard about the prophesy. So, he killed all the baby boys in the village that was prophesied to be the home of this baby, The Seeker. All were dead except for one. And that one that survived just happened to be the chosen one, The Seeker. It reminded me of the story of Moses and Harry Potter, because he was the boy who lived. LOL It's based on the book Wizard's First Rule, which I haven't read yet but I definitely plan too. ^_^
