Ivan growled and steped on her uncles face, "yeah but she means it." he said as he pressed down and then looked at Ebony. "it is okay that you dont remember, I mean it is hard to remember. You only managed to remember meting me and a few other things so far so maybe it will come in due time." he said as he continued ot crush her uncles skull.

Ebony turned away from the pityful sight of her uncle and sheathed her sword. "Dont kill him... We still need answers..." she said quietly and walked back into the fresh air as the sun began setting. She sighed and didn't notice as she began to glow in the beams of light. Her hair looking pure white and sparkling. She smiled as a breeze suddenly came and gently caressed her cheek. It felt very relaxing and really good.

Ivan growled then kicked her uncle. "that is for not believeing." he muttered then went to her side. He wrapped a arm around her and kissed her cheek. "dont worry, he will believe soon, I promise." he said softly as he looked at her

She smiled and kissed him softly. Her uncle groaned and she payed him no heed. She closed her eyes enjoying the sunset. "Remember our first sunrise?" she asked quietly remembering the fateful day he had caught her heart off gaurd.

Ivan smiled as he looked at her, "yeah I remember, you where still trying to figure out your feelings for me but that kiss is something that I will remember forever." he said as he looked at her. She was beautifull and he remembered how she looked the first day. He remembered how he had cought her off guard but she had kissed back and basicly melted in his arms.

"Yes.... I think... If everyone were to live life.... Like that moment.... So easy yet so strong... We wouldn't need to do all this.... We wouldn't have to fear for our lives.... Because we knew, we weren't alone..." she said softly. Her voice small compared to usual. She felt different. Almost.... Well the only way to describe it was when she forst kissed Ivan. It was beautiful and perfect yet she knew it would end and evil would set in ounce more. The moment had been bitter sweet.... And now feeling the real weight of things she prayed she would be able to still be herself... The fierce warrioress she fought to be everyday.... Fighting the wind of change....

Ivan smiled softly and kissed her head, "yes that would be easyer but then what would happen to the evil in the world? It would build up till it exploded and killed everyone so maybe this is for the best." he said as he pulled her closer and placed with her hair slightly. He loved her more then anything and he was glad that there was evil in the world since he wouldn't have met her then.

"True..." she said and felt a hand wrap around her ankle. Before she could look down she crashed to the ground and a dagger was held to her throat. Her uncle smiled evily and pressed the dagger harder drawing blood. "Uncle.... Don't do this..." she said slowly. He chuckled and held her close. He pulled her to him and she shuddered at his touch. "And why not? You mean nothing to me.... I don't know who you are.... And your boyfriend here almost killed me..." he siad. "Husband. And he just stepped on you. You're over reacting." she said and gasped as the dagger bit into her neck more. "Shut up!" he snarrled.

Ivans eyes shifted and right after he snarrled at her Ivan snapped. He lunged at her uncle, shifting in mid air and bit into her uncles hand that held the dagger. Then He pulled him off of her and held him up in the air by his neck. "dont you dare lay a hand on her you filthy little human or else you hand isn't going to be the only thing that is bleeding soon." he was in the half form now and you could tell that he was about ready to kill this man. "you are nothing but a old bastured who is to much of a idiot and I should kill you right now for laying a hand on her and drawing blood. I may not be a royal wolf anymore but I can still kill a weak human like you without a moments thought. " he said, his eyes glowing with anger as he looked at the pathetic piece of human he was holding by the neck.

"Prince Ivan! Spare me!" he said realizing who Ivan was. He looked at Ebony as she rubbed her neck seeing the ring in the firelight. "You- her-? Oh my god! Angel?" he said and Ebony looked down. She noticed her ring and lifted her hand. She smiled and picked herself up. "Ivan.... I think he wants to listen now...." she said and touched his shoulder and looked into his eyes. "Let him go..." her uncle nodded best he could and squeeked,"Please! I see it now!"

Ivan looked at Ebony and let out a breath. "fine but if you hurt her again I will kill you." he said as he slowly set her uncle down on the ground and turned back into his regular human self. He then wrapped a arm around Ebony and whipped away the blood on her neck. "you okay?" he asked soflty and kissed her cheek.

"Im fine..." she whispered softly. "You are Angel!! There's only ever been one girl for the prince!! Your parents knew it when you both were born!! We arranged your marrage!!! It only fits that the prince would be the one to find you!! And now your married!!" he exclaimed putting the pieces together. "Yes.... And now we've come to you so I can rightly take the throne..." Ebony said and he nodded. "Of course! And with the help of the prince it shall work out smoothly having such allies as the wolves." her uncle said nodding with glee.

Ivan smiled and nodded, but then frowned. "but you have to understand I am no longer the prince. I gave up that title since I found someone who fit the title better." he said as he looked at her uncle. He honestly hated being the prince and he had been happy to give up the title to it. He knew apollo would do a better job of it them him and everyone already knew aobut him as a friend to the queen so it would work out.

"What?" her uncle said and color drained from his face. "So we have no allies.... Oh good gods...." he said quietly and Ebony looked at him confused. "What's so bad about that?" she asked. "You look nothing like you did Angel.... If you just take the throne people will fight you and try to take you down.... You need allies.... That's shy I haven't been able to get the throne myself..." he said and she nodded realizing he was right. "Well what about the elves? I am part elf after all.... Well technically full elf but with a little... Tweeking..." she said and he nodded. "That could work I supose..... But going to the elves is very dangerious.... They don't let anyone into that forest anymore." he said and got up and began to pace.

"I will protect her with my life and I have reasons for giveing up the title. But we still do have a allience with the wolves. She knows the prince now and I am still a very big part of the kingdom even if I have no name." he said as he looked at her uncle. He looked more and more like a guard as he stood next to Ebony now. He would protect her from anything and anyone, it was his job and he loved it.

Ebony took Ivan's hand and looked at her uncle. "We'll go... But will you come too?" she asked and he shook his head. "No, if you are going off to the elves I must get the palace up and running... And if we are going to fight off these vampires we must get the humans on our side too.... I have a few connections but it should work.... But the magical creatures will only respond to the true air..." he said and Ebony nodded going over all the kingdoms of magical creatures from her memories. "We have alot to do then..." she said.

Ivan smiled, "yeah, we better get to work." he said as he looked at her. She wouldn't know it but during his years of travel he had met a lot of other creatures from other kingdoms, some of the royals considered him frends. But others hated him but at least he knew that he could get a few on his side.

Her uncle's pace quickened with his thinking as he walked around the cave. "We have to be swift.... I will go to the palace... Make a few arrangements.... And you two can visit the elves and maybe the shapesifters.... But when you come back your throne will be awaiting you Angel." he said and she nodded. "That sounds like a plan... How much time do we have?" Ebony asked. "Two to four days.... A week at most..." he said. "Why so sort of time?" she asked confused. "The humans won't stay for long if no queen is there to sit on the throne." he said and secretly started his own plan to take over the throne.... And take this girl down.... After having some fun with her....

Ivan nodded, "then we better get moving." he said as he looked at the two. He then looked at her uncle closely. He didn't like the look he had in his eyes. It spoke of evil and he knew that the next time he was near him he would have to stay on high alert. He then wondered if he should have killed him instead of letting him live.

"Good. I have two horses at the stables in town. Get supplies and take them... And get yourselves cloaks... They'll help conseal the.... Grand flashy armor." her uncle said and she nodded. Ebony turned to Ivan and smiled nodding. "Lets get going...." she said and took her uncle's hand. "Thank you uncle.... This means so very much to me." she said and kissed his cheek softly and quickly. "Go on. You haven't much time." he said as she walked out of the cave.

Ivan walked out besides her, "we better move fast." he said as he looked at her. He was glad that they where leaving her uncle there, he didn't like him one bit. He had a snakey look in his eyes that told him not to trust him at all. He trusted that and made a mental note that if her uncle would try to do anything he would kill him in a heart beat.

"Right.... You get the horses and I'll get the supplies...." she said smiling. She was happy her uncle was in their side. She hoped soon she would be able to trust him so it would be easier becomming queen. She kissed Ivan's cheek and whispered in his ear,"Meet you in 10 minutes..." she said and kissed his ear and ran towards town.

Ivan smiled as he watched her go and then ran to get the horses. When he got there he smiled at them, they where huge. ONe was a black mare that had a star on her forhead. The other was a huge brown male. "nice." he said as he got them and started ot lead them towards where Ebony ran off.

Ebony walked out of the store a pack full of supplies and food adn she was wearing a white cloak that covered her perfectly. She ran to Ivan and smiled twirling before him and handing him his black cloak. She looked at the horses amazed and hesitantly raised her hand towards the black horse. She smiled when it snifted her hand and she gently stroked it's muzzle. "Do they have name?" she asked quietly.

Ivan shook his head as he wrapped himself in the cloak and looked at her. "nope or at least I dont think so." he said as he looked at the two horses. THey where beautifull horses and he wondered what they should name them. "but your welcome to name them." he said with a smile and kissed her head.
