Ivan smiled at selene when she squeezed his hand. He was still fearfull that he might turn back because usually on nights like this he stayed in that form till sunrise. But this time it had been different and he had been able to turn back. He kissed selenes head trying to say that he was fine.

just than a girl came out of the house it was a girl they knew from the past it was sophena she remembers who she is her eyes are red she knows who she is

Selene smiled bravely and she walked oon with ivan at her side. I can do it... i can be strong... I canbe a good mother.... I can be the best person for Ivan... I just have to be brave and stop hiding behind people... I have to be the one who takes the first step... I have to take the first swind.. I have to stand tall... I will no longer run away... Not with all my family counting on me....

the girls stand in front the person her family is trying to kill she hides her face she gets her sword and fights her family

Ivan wrapped a arm around her waist and brought her closer. He kissed her head and smiled. She had to be the braves girl he ever knew since she still stood with him while most of the time others just ran for the hills after they saw him in that form.

"Oh," Said Coby to Kaylita shyly, "I never really put much thought into myself. I think about the world and how it should be. If life wasn't full of false love and un-righted death. If we all were open to each other and were a little more sensitive. Is that good?"

Coby, for some reason, felt she was his other side... He trusted her feelings and knowledge the first time he heard her. He was inticed by something about her. He wasn't exactly sure tho.

Kaylita smiled and nodded. "Exactly evil comes from broken hearts and that comes from greed... Its a vicious circle I try to stay out of...." she said smiling at him.

i wonder.... What if he's thinking the same as I am?... Did his world brighten as i spoke as mine did when he spoke so caringly to the little girl?... My dark world of hate and jelousy seems to have been given reason when he spoke... Like the gods say.... We are here to find our other half of the world... And without it the day is night and happiness is hollow...

melody confused about what had happend she only knew that after her shot she flew back and hit her head and turned back into herself. she woke up only seeing alot of bodies and her new parents walking away "what happened." she ran over to them "where is sissy." she knew the anwser with all the bodies she knew something bad must have happend to her "is she gone." she started to cry big tears filled her eyes.

"Please try to cover your thoughts... I cant help but to peek. Because you are right... My life thoughts turned around. Like i found my purpose and was kicked out of the vicious circle..."

"Did you hear anything? Its an odd question i know but i thought i heard some growl..."

Selene picked up Melody and calmed her. "We don't know where she went but we will find her. I promise Melody." she whipered in her ear without fear and looked at ivan and her eyes said she ment to keep her word.

Kaylita stopped in her tracks as she herd it too.... She slowly began to pull out her sword when something hit her back sending her sprawling to the ground. She turned quickly ans looked up seeing a huge wolf towering over her. The whole pack began moving in on them and she rolled out of the way of the wolf's lunge. But another one cought her wing with its claws. She let out a small scream as the claws ripped her fragile wings.

"what happened to all the people how did they end up like that." melody was alittle worried that more people would come now that so many had been hurt they would be marked a target "are we in trouble now."

Selene sighed and looked at Ivan. She knew he had the chip she had given him on his person and she looked at Melody. "Daddy is the key to killing everybody's powers... The humans need him so they can fuse his DNA with a poison that kills our powers... And that means we all would become human.. No more shape shifting, no more magic energy, no more cat ears, no more tails... Do you understand?" Selene said not wanting to scare Melody but she didn't want to lie either.

"Kaylita!!!" Coby screamed as he whipped out his sword and made a deadly sweep on the wolf on her wing.
Two, Three, Four, Five!!, Six??!!!!??

"These things wont die!!!" He shouted bluntly.

Maybe if I... 'Coby slowly takes out his flask of pure spring water and dumped it out onto his sword.'

"DIE!!!" and with one clean swipe he manages to kill all of the wolves the a split second. "Are you OK?" he said passionately with both eyes on her but sensing for other beings thoughts and emotions. If I wasn't so interested in her and kept my mind open she wouldent have been hurt,' He thought.

"you mean i could go home to my real mommy and daddy that would be great." melody was getting more and more excited "i want that i want to go home to see them can i." she wiggled out of her arms and started jumping up and down "please i want to go home and see them its been so long."

Kaylita nodded and sat up wincing at her bleeding wing. "Yes Im fine..." she said and exaimened her wound. She saw the look in his eyes and she smiled reasuringly. "It wasn't your fault... we where both surprised by eachother's thoughts.." she said and blushed. He deseerves to know.... she thought and looked at him ignoring her wound for the moment. "Coby... I can... Well I feel what others around me feel... And if Im in tune enough... I can tell what you are thinking from knowing your feelings... Its not mind reading but its close.... And I can't feel anything from you.... Its confusing..." she said and flexed her wings causing herself to wince. "I may be able to heal but I can't heal myself..." she said lightly and got out her bandanges and wrapped her own wing.

Well it is a small world after all' He thought.
"Then you know... My feelings as well? Good. I didn't want to explain them. I can't to someone i care about..."

Were did those things come from then? That was weird... They must have been demonic then... The Spring Water worked. They must have been sumoned... Or I just really really like this girl.

Ivan looked at Melody and shook his head "no, I cant do that to you." he said softly and kneeled down to her. "the process of getting rid of you powers is very painfull and might kill you, I dont want to see you die." he said as he looked at her.

melody began to cry she was wanting to see her real parents "but i miss my mommy and daddy your nice but i want them back i havnt seen them since mommy made me leave from the big crowd comming i want my mommy and daddy." melody began to cry compleatly loosing it she missed them "your mean i want to be normal so i can be with them."

"so you all care about is the my other sisters not me fine than father and mother i thought you loved me i was wrong" she gets her sword and stabs herself

Selene tried to comfort Melody but she was pushed away. She stepped back taking the hint that she wasn't wanted at the moment. She looked at Ivan for help and looked at Melody sadly. I can't help when she doesn't want it... You can't force someone to except help... Expecially when it's your daughter... Selene thought to herself and shivered sense she was soaked in rainwater.
Kaylita shook her head smiling sadly. "no... I can't feel your feelings at all... It's like I can feel this tree, these plants, and the small animals..." she said and touched his chest gently. "But when I try to read you it's.... Nothing... No sound, not a whisper... It doesn't mean it's bad I don't think... But I think that maybe it means you're different in a good way.... Because I met someone like me he couldn't read me either..." she said sadly and wished feircely that she could read his feelings...Anything to make things easier for him...

Alexia tried to look out from under the couch and smiled when she saw all the lights out. She turned into her neko form and snuck outside to see the man there. Without turning he stopped her. "You thought that I didn't know you were a demon didn't you?" Alexia admitted to herself that she didn't and backed away scared.
"I did think you thought I was a normal house cat." She said timidly and watched the man stand up and walk to her putting his hands on her shoulder. She looked down and felt the man look into her eyes, this of course made her look into his. She thought she saw faint wings on his back and she felt her own start to flutter.
"You know that everyone is a demon, even the humans like me." The man said with an encouraging smile. "It's those who are already different and believe that actually discover the powers though. I could never though I am too old to and that is why I picked you to take home, you are so young." He said as Alexia got a confused look on her face and she just smiled back at the man. "I wish for you to touch my daughters for though they will be in danger they will live way better lives than if they stay human." Alexia nodded and walked back into the house with the man. She felt calm and safe here at first but now it was stronger than before.

melody ran to selene and huged her while she cried she couldnt even see she was crying so hard "i want mommy."
