Laura gave a soft smile. She was such a little thing, not old enough to be on her own. Laura felt the girl was much too young to have to put up with what people like herself and May had to.

May smiled.Suddenly she jumped up and turned around. "Laura grab Melody and jump up in that tree." May said.

Gio liked the kiss and hugged Isobel while kissing,Even though he was hurt he didn't care.

Isobel pulled away from Gio, and looked him in the face. "Are you feeling all right now?" she asked him.

Laura didn't hesitate to do as directed. She scooped up the little girl and leapt up using one hand to hold the little girl and the other to hoist herself and Melody up the tree. Her ears moving to hear if anything dangerous was coming close.

May's ears and tail puffed up.May grabbed her katana and was ready for attack.She didnt know if Laura smelled the hunters but she knew there was a few coming there way. May looked up to Laura. "Hide the child,dont let her see this!" May shouted.

Kamui sighed, "Yeah.... No on would suspect a butterfly of espionage....."

She sighed, "I just wish that they weren't so narrow minded as to turn on us just because our powers manifested or because we look a little bit different...."

Gio smiled ,"I can't even remember that i didn't felt wel"

Ivan sighed "it is only because they are afraid of us that they turn on us. They only thought we existed in fairytales so they are afriad that we are going to do as told in the fairytales." he said as he looked at her. "But I am glad that they are like that because then I wouldn't of met you, someone who is easy to talk to>'

(( Well I I met this Tiger demon and hunters are coming and she took you up in the tree and I'm about to fight some hunters. Yeah I'm cool like that xD))

melody was alittle confused with all that happened her hyper from the candy was fading and she was almost asleep "im going to take a little nap alright." she quickly fell asleep she was a heavy sleeper she wouldnt wake up for anything she was going to wake up when she wanted to.

Laura's eyes narrowed at the sound of marching feet and the smell of humans and blood. She smiled gently down to Melody and held the girl even closer. It was easier to make sure that Melody would not see the blood and violence if she was napping. To May she spoke in a hushed voice, "Be cafeful. I'll jump in if it looks like you're in too deep."

May jumped up on the oppisite tree Melody and Laura were on.When she saw the hunters she jumped down.May flipped around and stabbed the hunter in the back.She turned around and stabbed the other hunter in the chest.Both screamed and the last one ran.May quickly put away her katana and looked up at the little girl.She saw that she was sleeping and smiled.

Kamui blushed, "Thanks.... For saving me back there. My powers require a lot of concentration so I kind of suck at dodging.... I-I'm glad I met you too Ivan."

Ichigo sat and hummed to herself. She got up and walked inside looking for someone to help her.

Laura was quite impressed by how quickly May had killed those two hunters. While she herself did not enjoy killing, only a skilled fighter can do a swift take down like that. The third had taken off, that was bad. Now there would be more sent out to search for them. "We will not be able to stay here for long."

May looked up at Laura. "Yeah I know,we have to get going." May jumped up in the branch next to Laura and Melody. May picked up Melody and looked at Laura. "Would you like to come with us?" May asked

"Sounds like a good idea." Laura replied looking down at the ground below them. She jumped down landing in a crouch. Straightening up, she started to sniff and listen for more hunters.

May jumped down next to Laura. "You can see in the dark right?" May asked. "We have to do deep in the forest if we are going to get away from them." May said

"Yes, I can see in the dark." She answered looking at May, her eyes glowing slightly from the moonlight that filtered down through the trees. "Give me the direction to head and I'll look out for you and Melody."

"I can to." May said. "Let's just go straight for now." May said as she took of with the young girl. May hoped wasent going to fast for the girl.May was going so fast she was a blur. She hoped Laura could keep up.

'She's faster than I figured.' Laura thought running as fast as her legs could carry her. It was all she could do to keep May within sight. Laura was stronger than a human but she was not faster than them. She was determined to keep up and not force May to slow down.
