Okay so I want to start a free tarot reading service. Is it allowed? If so,where am I supposed to set up the thread? I can't seem to find any place appropriate..

It's not a shop since you are not charging, and you're not giving away anything in game so it would not fit in the charities. I would imagine the menewsha nation section.. I mean if you want it to be a 'shop' so that people come chat and such while you read them their tarot then that would work. Dont take my word on it though. Xd

There have been other shops that sell tarot readings or numerology readings, and they all went into the Pixel/Other Art subforum.

Right now we don't really have a specific place for shops like this, but until there's more need for a separate forum, you can put it there. :D
