i do, but only when i'm alone and i do it mostly when i'm like comparing things to buy at a store or when i get really tired or bored out of my mind.

It is alright dear, I constantly talk to myself on accident.
I can be very quiet when I speak, so if I am talking to someone.. and not facing them
They walk away.. so then I am left talking to myself XD

ALL THE FREAKING TIME! I'm always muttering to myself!

I have a bad habit for talking to myself and arguing with myself. But I found out that my most interesting arguments are with myself but also I kinda make my family think there are about 50 people in my room and have them come in at times and look around to make sure I am in fact alone. ^_^

Yep, I have some good insightful conversations too.

I'm also known to speak to the monitor and sometimes I say bad words at it and make obscene gestures :angel:

@Serendair- omg seriously? i thought i was the only one who did that!! i was doing that the other day while washing dishes. i created a whole ridiculous song by the time i was done. XD
it was somewhere along the lines of your example, but with dish washing. XD lol its fun and silly.

Oooh, do I talk to myself! Though, thankfully, I only do it when I'm alone at home. It's in that hour or so between when you get home from school and when your parents get home from work where there is nobody there except you and the dog that you find that awkward silence that you just have to fill! And what better way to do it than to have a conversation with yourself? I find myself talking in random accents, singing at the top of my lungs, or making funny faces at the dog. She definitely seems amused by them and doesn't bark at me when I sing, so that's a good thing, right?

I speak to myself all the time. After all, I am the most interesting person I know. :3

I talk to myself all the time xD I'm careful not to let anyone else hear myself talking to myself though, it can lead to some awkward questions and stares >.>; My self-speeches also often leads to debating against myself and giving myself a headache. D:

that is so me! but i think aloud or argue with myself in public, blissfully ignorant for a while, until i notice somebody staring, or worse, they ask why i was talking to them... :stare: its like "oh come on!" i al;ways get irritated if they think im talking to them cuz it gets me into this whole ordeal.

Don't worry, I talk to myself all the time, but not to make a checklist, I just do it.

Yes and a lot. Usually when something happens unexpected happens I say "oh great, what am I supposed to do now?" Or keep telling myself not to do something, or keep telling myself to do something.

And even say things as like telling them to other person, when there's no one around.

I insult myself when I do something dumb. Or insult other people aloud when no one is around, and even insult objects when I trip with them.

I giggle to myself a lot. I sometimes talk to myself, like speaking to myself about something interesting. Cause my cousin doesn't like to talk most of the time, I have to keep myself sane. And it is considered sane, when you talk to yourself. I get more stares when I giggle to myself though. My aunt asks me what I'm giggling about every time I do that.

I mumble to myself.... not really loud. I don't hold a conversation with myself though. I guess it's more like thinking out loud.

I do indeed talk to myself. Although I didn't used to. I started mostly as a way to piss my younger sister off. I didn't really know why it bothered her (still don't) but it sure as heck did. So I ran with it, being the loving older sibling that I am. <3

She's gotten over it, mostly, now. Although she is still liable to throw something at me if I start talking to myself. But at least its not hard things anymore, right?

I do it all the time, but I usually sing instead of talk, like:
"Where's my shoe-oes? Where oh where are my shoe-oe-oes?"

I don't know why I do it, I just do it without thinking. I have to try to remember not to do it in public though, it's very embarrassing. I occasionally catch myself walking down the street singing:
"A-going to the cash-a-cash-a-cash machiiiiine!"
