so just today i found out that my mans parents sold
my dog out from underneath me, without me knowing.
and my man didn't do anything about it!!!!

ok so my man said it would be cool if my rednose stayed at
his parents house with him and told me my little man would
be safe there, ((my moms house has to many dogs and a blue nose))
and just this afternoon he told me that his parents gave my dog
away to some guy who was working on their roof!!!!
SERIOUSLY!!!
this is bullshit, and he said it was ok the dog was in a better place.
that makes me think he had a part into it too!!

HELP!!!
what is your opinion on this???
and do you have any advice on how to get revenge on
those people!!!

Legally, they cannot give your dog away. Get the police and have them reposess it, and have your "mans" parents, and him arrested for it.

I say you demand that the parents give you the name of the person who has the dog and you try to contact him without involving the police. If he's nice, he'll understand and give it back. If he, or they, don't cooperate, then you can get the police involved, but I don't think going for revenge is the best idea. Getting your dog back is more important. Besides, if they did this to your dog once, revenge might make them do worse things next time.

Actually it depends on how long the dog was left with them etc ... there are statues on that sort of thing and if you have had that dog left with them for several weeks since a pet is still property they very well may of been able to do it. I mean if it was just for a few days or a week that is one thing but if its been a month or more....

I think you should stop trusting your man, because he told you your dog would be be safe there and his parents gave your dog away to just... some guy. As for your dog, I think you should get the police involved, seeing as what you were told (his parents were cool with it staying with them, they'd take care of it) didn't actually happen.

Oh I've gone through this before. I lost a cat to my mother's boyfried a few years ago, and had to look up a few laws to get it back. While my mother was careing for the cat, she didn't have the right to EVER give it away. It was still owned by me, and she was simply a care taker. It's like that in a lot of states, I'm not sure if Idaho is one of them though. Would be happy to look.

I would find out what company the man worked for. If he was working on their roof, they should know, right? And if your man won't tell you who it was then there is a serious problem. Why wouldn't he? I mean he loves you, right? I never bought that "I did it for your own good" stuff from a significant other. If you're old enough to care for yourself, he shouldn't be making those choices from you. And if he's starting at a pet, there really is no telling where it will stop.

If they won't tell you who has it, THEN get the police involved. Without money, there isn't much you can do, but having the cops come over and ask them who has the dog might scare them enough to give up. Of course, after that it's prolly over with the guy, but in my opinion, that's a good thing.

oh! thats awful! call the cops or something to get your dog back! i dont see why she shouldnt get revenge on these people...but thats just me. dont ask me how, though. demand that they tell where your dog is, and if they wont or if the guy wont give him bak, call the cops and tell them that your man's parents stole your dog and gave it to some stranger.

You Burst Throw Their bloody door and DEMAND they give you the name of the man
they gave your dog to, and demand to know what company he worked for!
Legally they CANNOT give your dog away!
also I would do some serious re-thinking about this 'man' of yours.
