I wouldn't really have been doing anything else. Maybe eat some sweets or something while I watched the rest of Bones. I only have 2 episodes left then I've seen the whole of series 4 in 3 days. :XD

um ... well first off you might want to try turning off the router and the modem for a few minutes then turn it back on, this is the first thing the internet provider will ask you to do.

If that does not work it could be your computer dropped drivers and in that case I'm not sure where you would start, you should call your internet provider first, then if that cant help call your compy manufacture.

Oh, okay. Now I just need to figure out how I'm supposed to turn it off. I really don't think it's the modem/router though, because the internet on our PC works just fine.

I hate calling customer service. >.< *has no patience for people who get all the answers from a Big Book of Answers on their desk*

And on another note, I think I'm losing my mind. For nearly half the day yesterday, I was convinced that it was Wednesday. O.o

I don't think they have a book. :XD Last time I called them they asked if I had moved next door and that could be why the internet wasn't working.

My mum rang them once when our internet wasn't working and they said our router was broken, there was nothing wrong with the line. Her friend who worked as an engineer for them came round and tested that giant green box at the end of the street and said that wasn't working and our router was fine. They may get paid for it, doesn't mean they can do it. Now it's not so bad because my mum is tech support for the company we get our internet from.

She likes to turn the router off while I'm online as well. If she checks MSN she'd see that I was online but she never bothers and turns it off then goes oh I'm sorry I thought you were asleep. :roll:
