My brother owes them money from his contract 2 years ago. They've given up asking and his PDA from work is on T-mobile contract. :XD

The only problem we've had, because T-mobile are complete morons, my dad and my brother have the same name and he was living here when he first took it out but moved during (told them he'd moved was getting the bills at his new address) but they've put the bad credit on my Dad and won't take it off no matter how many times they're told they've got the wrong person.

Yeah, he got it because he didn't pay his bill and they sent bailiffs round several times and still didn't get paid.

Only when you're actually in when they come. Besides the company T-mobile use are known for using uh dodgey methods of collection. They like to threaten and intimidate people. They've been in trouble for it, they stopped coming when my brother rang them and said something about knowing they're threatening him with things they aren't allowed to do.

We had a bailiff come round when we lived in the house for 2nd year of uni. We just moved in and the next day when we got up there was a letter saying this bailiff had been and if he wasn't contacted by this girl who moved out months and months before he was coming back with a lock smith to remove property. We called the landlord and he said he'd sorted it out then a few weeks later he came back, he never knocked just put this letter through saying we'd failed to answer and he was coming back with a locksmith. I set my mum on him, she told him he the girl didn't live there they'd been informed of this by the person who owns the house and if he came back again she was going to call the police for harassment. :XD We never heard from him again.

The thing with that house was because it was specifically rented to students only nobody lived there the whole of summer but the gas and everything was still on and it was actually not possible to turn the heating completely off.
