It looks like you just misspelled "Justin" on the second part of your username, so there wouldn't be a charge for fixing that. :D

i also wanted to change mine coz i wanted hearts not those funny symbols lols !!

Refer to Fading's post, Samness, and contact an AA. I don't think you will be charged as well as it's a matter of using the right symbols. :)
