IM SO MAD! THE SITE TIMED OUT ON ME!!!!!
I was at lvl 18 the highest of all my scores and it TIMED OUT!
It logged me out!

If you're inactive for a certain amount of time you get logged out. It's a security thing I guess.

Even though you were playing a game, you were only on the one page and considered inactive.

That only happens if you did not tick the 'Remember Me' option while logging in. You will not log out due to inactivity if you ticked that, though Kultura is not wrong regarding security, although it's mainly for shared or public computers, just in case you forgot to log out and the next person uses the computer and finds your account logged in.

As for the game, I'm sorry to hear that. I do understand how you feel. It happened to me once before because I was logged in through a public computer that time, but it can't be helped. You just have to play again and make sure you keep yourself logged in. ^_^;

And you can tick "remember me" when you're on a public or shared computer. :) Just be sure to log out when you're done, and then erase your password from the browser's memory. It'll forget you exist! :lol:
