How I love thee.
It's 6:30, and in half an hour I have to run off to my Psych class. I haven't gotten a wink of sleep, and the drive is half an hour. o.o I'll be depending on that sweet, sweet ambrosia to the point of insanity.
Do you have any fun, exciting stories of when coffee was all that kept you held together? :3 How did it go? Would you ever do it again?
Or do you even drink coffee?

I was addicted to coffee before. I had to have it almost every time of the day. Now I'm not thankfully b/c I made it bad a few times in a row and got sick of it and jumped to tea.

This past spring I was drinking it a lot... or rather I was drinking mocha's because I can't stand the bitterness of coffee, the mocha's have just enough sweetness from the chocolate that I stand it (and every caffeinated tea I've tried has given me a headache for some reason :/
But the mocha's were keeping me awake on those days I needed to repeatedly stay up till like 4am to do my thesis (and then have to get up for a 8:30 class >___< )
I've only had coffee twice (a frappe and an iced mocha) since then.

I just started drinking coffee this summer. Before the closest I would get is ice caps *giggles*. But my boyfriend has been drinking coffee since he was a kid (at resturaunts his parents used to fill creamers with coffee for him to drink ^.^ [his mom loves telling me stories]).
I have no problems being awake without stimulation. Once I'm awake it takes me forever to fall back asleep.

I really miss coffee. I used to have a giant mug of it every morning, to kick start my day.
Unfortunately, I love coffee, but coffee hates me.
I've developed a caffeine allergy, and even one cup of coffee (or excessive amounts of tea) makes me feel nauseous for the rest of the day. De-caff just isn't the same.

I don't like coffee that much, too bitter for me. Unless it's some kind of cappuccino, or something fancy like that.
My Mom and Aunt loves the stuff though. I make them coffee from time to time, like a mantra. I know it by heart. I prefer Lipton tea over coffee myself. I like sweet drinks too. As long as there isn't any kind of berry flavors in them. I'm allergic to them, strawberries especially.

I don't personally have any fun experiences with coffee. The only time I ever had it was years ago... One of my friends had left it in the fridge and forced me to drink it cold. I'm sure it couldn't have been as awful had it been hot.

Oh dear! D: I couldn't blame someone for hating coffee if their only impression were a cold cup.
Everybody prefers it differently, but I prefer a fresh, strong made-at-home roast, black. It's easy to make, it has a taste that jolts me up, and the caffeine is to die for. I'm pretty sure I'm addicted.
I do loves me some cheapo gas station cappucino though.
On a side note: I'm making cookies! :3
I'll bet that fresh baked chocolate chip cookies would taste great with coffee. Almost makes me wish I'd make cookies in the morning.

I might give coffee a try again one of these days. XD Or at least force myself to down a whole cup.
:O Cookies? With coffee? XD That might make it much better.

I don't drink coffee, but I did used to drink energy drinks like Rockstar and such.
Though my favourite was one called Relentless. It's so nice.
I could drink two cans of it and be buzzing for a few more hours.
But I decided I had to stop drinking energy drinks.
It was too expensive and I was getting addicted.
I tried coffee once when I was on my own, just to see what the fuss was about...
I didn't like it. XP
Now whenever I smell coffee I feel sick. : x

If you're going to drink coffee, you'll probably want creamer/milk and sugar in it. A lot of hard core coffee drinkers I know won't even touch the stuff black. It's an acquired taste. You start to enjoy it as you learn to appreciate the flavor. It's like cranberry juice, you have to ignore the bad and enjoy the good or you'll never want to drink it.
And that's horibibble, Jaykie! D:
I drink a monster or two whenever I can, but I never get a buzz from the things as hard as I try. I just love that sugar overdose. It tastes so goooood.
There was one energy drink that could spazz me out: Rip It. I don't know why, and it didn't taste very good. (it tastes like those jello easter eggs I used to eat as a kid.) My fiance used to buy it for me all the time though because he wanted to see me be all hyper. x3 Then he'd feel bad because he'd feel like he was 'boozing me up.' Neheheh.
I haven't seen any lately though.

I can't stand coffee! How can something that smells so good taste so awful :gonk:
I know a lot of people love it, but I just can't, no matter what I add to it, it is gross.
I do love tea though ^^

I'm not addicted to it yet. xD I probably should be though. It gets me through the week. Although I plan on getting a coffee maker for college otherwise, I have no idea how I'll survive. Sometimes highschool gets to be tough. I can't imagine the coffee I'll need to get through college!

I hate the taste of coffee. Although, [semi-ironicly] my cat is named Coffee. XD
But I love the smell of coffee.
When I was little, my dad called it his milk. XD

@Twisted Insanity- thats why you put milk in it with the sugar! or cream...but the mil or cream is what takes the bitterness away. and then sugar sweetens it.

I'm only 14 so i can't rely on coffee but i had it for my first time the other day. At first i thought it was nasty but i just kept picking it up again anyway (mainly because it had caramel in it :D) - so i drank the whole thing and then i couldnt sleep or relax for the whole day

I looooooooooooooove coffee. I'm not addicted, and the caffeine in it rarely acts as a stimulant or does anything to me. I just really enjoy the flavor. Mmm. I'm making some in the morning. I get to wake up at 6 AM for a glorified babysitting job. I just got this new kind from Millstone called the "Hawaiian Blend" (NOT KONA) and I can actually drink it plain and black... I've never been able to do that with any other blend, ever, and now I can. I'm kind of surprised, to be honest.

sweet and bitter are the opposite silly. so it would be the sugar that takes away the bitterness by making it sweet.

Once I had 100% pure peaberry kona coffee. In case you're wondering, it was the best coffee I've ever had.
D: I want more.

So logic would dictate, but try to drink coffee with no milk but tons of sugar. It still has that taste so many don't like.

Iced coffee is my alcohol. I remember my friend and I were super sleepy/tired that we almost fell asleep on a bench at a convention. We thought that maybe coffee will help us stay awake for the time being. MAN, it made us CRAAAAAZY. We laughed at random things hysterically, wanted to do stupid stunts like crawl under chairs that people sat on; it was so hard to control ourselves.
I can't say that I enjoyed the crash after. We felt really SH*TTY from being drained that we could barely stand up and walk by ourselves that we had to ask our friends to be at our sides to assist us.
I still love coffee though. <3 <3 <3
