Edit: I noticed that many people knew about Menewsha from Gaia... Coincidence? I think not... O_o

in class my friend was looking for a proxy for gaia and this came up and it was unblocked and she made an account and started playing games on it and it looked fun so i tried it out too! ^.^

My best friend pestered me about it for months until I finally joined just to shut her up. However after I joined it took her about another month of pestering me to get me to really become active on it. and once i did well let's just say I don't plan on leaving anytime soon

I found menewsha by googling avatar based sites! :)

a couple of my friends from theatre had itand they were constantly on it with their ipods. I checked out some of the stories that they were doing and i thought hey that looks pretty fun! It took me forever to find the darn website though. Because I never knew how to spell it. I kept googling the wrong word and it just made me mad. One day I brought my laptop to the theatre because it had the song we were working on for a variety show (which btw we did Hare Hare Yukai) and we got bored and she asked if she could check her menewsha account. I said sure and it was finally in my laptop! so I got an account and here I am :D :D :D

when i was trying to get on gaiaonline and this site poped up on my screen ensted. lol wierd. :P

I don't actually remember, but I think I saw one of the advertisements on TekTek as well.

I found out about Menewsha through a guild on Gaia...one of the users was a moderator on Menewsha at the time and said she was spending lots of time here, so I thought I'd check it out and now I come here more often than Gaia.

I saw an ad for it on a non-avatar making web site, which is ironic considering I was on both Meez and Gaia at the time...I decided to click, but then I didn't go on this site for months because I forgot my password and then couldn't retrieve it. I just got back in recently, and I like it quite a bit...:vicky:

I had tried Solia out for a bit & got bored of it fast. Then some of the peopel there mentioned this site & here I am.

I think I actually found out about Menewsha a long time ago, seeing ads on Gaia and TekTek and whatnot. But I didn't actually join until the end of June this year, after I tried the games and Pweep convinced me to join.

I got mad because I couldn't use Gaia anymore. It was crashing my computer so I looked up more avatar sights on gooooooogle.

My real life friend who was a gaia nut at the time dragged me in. I immediately was scolded by her for my "Double posting", never realized posting rather then editing was so taboo till that day ha.

Never really been into avatar sites, had a very brief stay in gaia way before my joining here (in 07) was dragged in by the same person.

I seen a few friends mention the site and thought to give it a look. So far it seems interesting.

I happened to be on Facebook, and there was an ad for it on there. After seeing the ad enough times, I clicked on it and became hooked.

I heard about it on Gaia and decided to check it out. Then voila, I joined.

I stumbled across it on facebook, too.
I though the idea of it was kinda weird at first (I had massive forum phobia from ff.net), but I found out fast it's actually a lot of fun.

i clicked a link in the forums in gaia online. today actully ^^ im already hooked =3

I found Menewsha from a friend. She showed me the games and let me play a few so I decided to join to see what it was all about! So far I like!

Shoot...it's been so long since I joined. I think it was through someone on Gaia saying that the site was a "gaia copy" the first time. I left here then there was an ad on TekTek and I became active again.

I found out about Mene from Solia. However, I too saw ads on TekTek.

I saw a friend role playing here and I decided to start an account. It's addicting. This is my first time on a site like this!

I was searching on google for avatar sites. Checked out a bunch and didn't find one I was satisfied with. Then I found this site. :) I have to say. Not bad. :) The avatars are amazing on here and the choice and selection is also amazing. I also love it that the hair, skin, eyes, and mouth are free on here. It's hard to find that any place else. On Gaia, skin color that isn't peach or black...it's over one million gold! O__o
