My favorite 90's cartoon was Pokemon, by far.
Though I recall all of Disney's cartoons (ex DarkWing Duck, Gargoyles, Goof Troop) and I normally watched those a lot too, when I wasn't glued to Ash and Pikachu on their adventures.
I recall a lot of Nick cartoons too, but maybe not as well as Disney.

I watched Cartoon Network the most, though.
Dexter's Lab, Samurai Jack, Powerpuff girls, Space Ghost, Two Stupid Dogs, Cow and Chicken. It was all just so good, Cartoon Network was a little heaven for me in the 90's.
It wasn't until about two years ago that CN has started disappointing me a LOT.
The only show I enjoy on CN these days is FlapJack, and that is never on nearly enough to make up for CNs lack of awesome.

Does the Dumb Bunnies count as a 90s cartoon? If so, that cartoon was so funny. XD!

I also liked CatDog, but now that I am older I think that cartoon was a bit silly in my opinion. I mean an animal that is half cat and half dog. That is just strange. But it was still a funny cartoon.

I also remember the cartoons mentioned here as well, such as Rugrats, Doug, Pinky and the Brain, and Bobby's World.

I could go on with naming 90s cartoons, but then I would be here for hours on end. lol

... I loved Thundercats and Mummies Alive! when I was 6-8. And Digimon and Pokemon, of course, but I was super mega attached to those two. And I only got to see Mummies Alive over vacations, because my mom would drop me off so mega early in the morning at the babysitters, and then I'd get to see it~ Oh, and I like Gargoyles too. ... Yes, I notice all of these deal with supernatural non-human beings. T_T; I'm a fantasy nut. Am to this very day.
