I don't know that I really ever do this, but I have friends who have done it. Sometimes by accident. We used to have several made up words. One of my friends one time said out of nowhere "New word: Moot". Except moot is already a word in the dictionary but he didn't realize it at the time. >_> Another time one of my friends said "voon" when he meant to say "soon" but he made a typo. and then my boyfriend has weird sounds he makes like pu and kyuu that he just made out of nowhere.

Hmmm... Well, I haven't come up with any really special ones recently, since I've fallen into the habit of adding multiple suffixes instead... But I do my out sound effects! My favorite is the "-oink" set - "yoink," "poink," "boink," "spoink," etcetera etcetera... and of course the "nmnmnrghlkd!" for when something unexpected happens. That one's important. xD

XD lol I love to make up random words!
Like 'hoonacks' x3 That is my favorite (referring to a guy's "parts") lol and 'sploosh'; sometimes I like to say, "what the fruit?" instead of cursing XDDD....
Saying this out loud is slightly embarrassing, but at least I get gold for it! :insane:

my mom is pulling me into the habit of saying "gee" only instead of sounding like "jee" it actually sounds like gee as in geese and such. we say it when excited, like:
some random person: you won the lottery!
us: GEE!
XD its verry weird.
and my mom is always calling me "goose". XB
even on her cell phone my number is under the name "my goose". XD
yeah, i dont know. i come from a strange family.

I like to use "Pants" in weird ways. Such as telling a kid I am working with "are you being grumpy pants", or "silly pants". It makes me laugh and gets a smile on their faces.

All the time I make up new words with me being a writer. Having a creative imagination and making up new words with their definition is so much fun. No one doesn't know what you are taking about and you have to tell them, which is fascinating telling someone a new word they never heard of. Maybe i'm just crazy...lol XD

A bit of backstory here - until I was about.... 3 years old, I spoke my own language, and it had a very solid grammar set up that's kind of similar to French.
So, whenever I'm really tired, that old grammar starts popping up again XD I think the best example is when I said "No pinch-cheeking!"
Oh! My brain also works faster than my mouth, so I can get my sounds mixed up, so I've said things like "my flirt skied up!" (instead of "my skirt flyed up")

I use random words/make up words all the time. Sometimes they are just weird grunty sounds usually because I get frustrated and can't think of the right word.
I'm really bad about using my chinese grammar when speaking english. In chinese you don't have verb variations like in english (i.e. I am, We are, He is, etc). So I end up sounding like a baby version of Yoda. "Yesterday I eat nummy cookies" instead of "I was eating some nummy cookies yesterday."

Yep yep, I do. Or sometimes my sentences would totally not make sense. Like one time my cousin said she was going to buy this pink phone. I wanted to see how it looked like because she wanted to buy this other phone before but she got a Motorola instead, and now she's getting this pink one. So I asked her "Really? I does it look like?" And my cousin was like "What is 'I does it look like?'" Well, I was trying to say "How does it look like?" but typo. XD Oh and one time I told my friend "I has a pencil" and "I has a calculatar."

I've gotten into the habit of saying "yey" alot. And most of the time I'll say it as "Oyey!". I'll also add "O" to the beginning of most of my words. "Ohai." "Oboy." And so on. But that's not really making up a word, just adding to it. <33
My boyfriend makes up words a bit. Like gross = gro (sounds like "grow").
He's got me saying it. We'll even fight using it.
Ex.
"You're gro."
"Pssha. No. You're gro."
"You're gro-er."
"Yeah, well you're gro-tesque. I win. <33"

Perhaps you should change your font color a little?
You can use Paint.net or something for color codes. No offense or anything, I just couldn't read it until I highlighted it.
Anyways, yes I do makeup words a lot naturally, or at least I add things to words. Though I'm too brain dead right now from my ADD medication wearing off (it makes me feel like a zombie) to give any examples, sorry. D:

Yeah I tend to tack on a suffix or something to emphasize the word more, or combine two words together. Unfortunately I also tend to forget. XD

I've done that since high school, often to avoid saying curse words around others.
One I remember making is buswah or bushwah, meaning nonsense.
I've made other words when writing my fantasy stories and rp.
