"No little one just the time and place. Now if you will excuse me I would like to retire to my room." She said as she leaned down and kissed Decome and headed off to her room. She locked the door behind her as she walked to her windows and closed all the curtains so no one could see in. She then laid on her bed as she drifted off to sleep.

Nate slowly stud as he gave Decome and Duzell a bow. "Then I will see you soon to give you the materials that you need. As well as come and give you all of your test and help you with your work Decome. I expect to see you Monday morning at the latest with your papers for home schooling then. I promise to tell all that you wish them a good year. You will be missed Mon Cheri." He said as he turned and walked to the door to leave.

"Thank you Mr.Nate, oh im sorry but i have a question for you." Duzzel look down at Docome before looking back at Nate

Nate turned and looked back at the pair as he gave them both a warm smile. "Why yes, what is your question?" He said as he stud there feeling rather awkward alone with the rest of Decoms family.

"Um...well...are you a...vampire?"she studdered alittle as the last word came out, but Duzell was not surprise she has been around vampires her whole life and humans as well she was starting to learn the difference in their scents.

Nate just laughed as he looked at Duzell. "She is learning fast isn't she. Well she want be able to place me just like you and Akee can't." He said as he smiled fully at her showing his fangs. "Now where would you get a idea like that? If you say anything to the teachers or students I'll deny it besides they want believe you. They think I am just the mild manner head master. He said as he chuckled and bent down to her eye level. "Not that I would every worry about you doing something like that. You are to kind and lets keep you that way. To many of our kind are heartless and monsters. But you give me hope as I am sure you give your family that we don't have to be that way. There is a dance coming up at the school Decome if you would like to come you are more than welcome to. I don't think Duzell wants you in the underground as of yet.

Docome just smiled at him and nodded her head in agreement,"I'll try to come." To his surprise she hugged him around his neck and said goodbye.Then she looked up at Duzell,"I didn't know there was a underground for vampires." "I know Akee and I were going to show sometime but first we must take care of getting you ready for home schooling." She nodded as she walked back over to her father and leaned agenist his chest still trying to wake up.

Rosa just put Alice to sleep and she hears noises from the living room she goes down there and said "Duzell please be quiet Alice is sleeping she needs rest please." She said to him.

Duzell let of a small chuckle as she nodded his head in agreement, when Docome saw her mother she ran to her and wrapped her arms around her slim stomach."Hi mommy, i haven't seen you yet sence i've woken up."

She looked at her daughter and smiled and put her hand on her head and patted her "so when will she be home schooling Duzell I would like to know I will be teacher her about the visions she will get and i will be cooking as well?"

"If we get the things she needs tomorrow then the next day will be homeschooling."

She looked at Duzell and smiled "alright but I will cook and teach her how to used her powers what she got from me Alice is learning early than decome and I fear that a little I think I should take her to a doctor or something. What you think Duzell?"

Akee laid on her bed as she heard the vial voice of the wicked woman. She shook her head as she moved to her desk and cursed in her native tong. She promised her self the next human that came into the family she would just kill. It was becoming ridiculous with Rose and she knew better than to say a word because it would only end in a fight or worse. Akee was on the edge of snapping with her and already had urges to kill her and watch the poor girl die a slow and painful death. If she ever got to redo her life she would never allow her son to date a human. Akee flipped furiously threw her books as she tried to find what blood line Nate belonged to. He was a vampire that much she knew but what line. She felt like a made person but maybe that was the problem maybe she was. She didn't care anymore she was sick of trying to be kind and sweet when she wanted to kill and punish the one that had and was hurting the only ones she cared for. If it wasn't for Decome or her Son she would kill that woman. She had made it a point to stay away from Alice knowing the child may not make it and if she did the wrenched woman would take her away again as in her nature.

Duzell smiled and chuckled,"If you took that baby to a doctor they would find nothing wrong with her, the changes are normal and if anything does not seem right then it will be a vampire ddoctor that we take her to. Docome looked up at her mother with a frown on her face."And i do to know how to cook i watch you and grandma cook all the time." As Docome talked Duzell looked up to the celling hearing Akee's thoughts,"I will be back shortly." Duzell came behind Akee and rested his hands on her shoulders, "Please do not overwhelm yourself Akee, you are one of the more respected vampires in the world. If you loss your temper now that will all change." He pulled her from the bed and sat her down on the bed with his arms around her now,"You are of my blood and when you are angry i can feel it taking control over you and it is not good to feel that way over just one person. If you wish to be mad find more people first." He added trying to began a smile to her face. "And please for Docome, act like you like her mother just a tiny bit. Docome's powers are becomeing stronger today she smelled that Nate was a vampire and if they become even stronger she will sence the anger in you."

She nodded and looked at decome and smiled at her "Decome dear I will be cooking something soon but I would like for you to know about your grandparents my mother and father would you like to hear about them?" She said to her and smiled as well.

"Will you tell me ab out them as we cook? Can i meet them one day with you and Alice?" Docome was full of questions now becaus e the only grandparent that she has ever known was Akee and if sghe was given the chance to learn about her other grandparents then she would take it.

She looked at her and smiled and said "well there is a story about my parents but will tell you and you will met them someday I promise you that," she sits on the chair and looks at her "you want me to tell you about them and where they are now Decome?"

A smile came across her face as she sat next to her mother,"yes i would love yo hear!!!"

Rosa looked at her daughter and said "well you know that i was human so i have human parents and i had a little sister and they never like me that much cause i didn't marry the right man so they were mad at me until when I meet your father he was a good man and i feel in love with him and my mother and father was not happy about that they cursed at me of that and i never wanted to see them again and so i came to marry Javeron the love of my life and i haven't seen my parents since i think it was 14 years."

Akee closed her eyes then flashed them open as the glowed a bright red. "I would rather rot in the underworld than to see that women walk this earth one more day. You where once a great threat to the others and now you have grown soft just as we all have. She will be our fall you mock my words. We will all die because of her. For Decome I will with stand her. But make no qualms about it. If she dares to over step her bounds again I will put her in her place permanently. I have put up with more than most vampires would dare to put up with. And now you ask me to put up with a fool who can't even take care of herself? Who truly has not understanding of what being a mother is? And who knows not what is right for her children. You are very unwise in your olden days Duzell. It will not matter for long Rose will never be one of us and she will always be the outsider. When Decome gets her full powers is when Rose will view her as a monster instead of the beautiful girl she truly is. Our blood is the same and I know your feelings and the truth in your words. But you must know mine as well. I am troubled with the fact that Decome for saw Nate and there he appeared. I do not like this." She said as she became deadly quite and still. Her eye returned to normal as she let out a breath and looked to the floor. "I am sorry you are right I was letting the stress get the best of me. We have put up with worse beings than Rose. Just her constant wining gets on my last never. Alice doesn't wine as much as she does." She said as she looked back to him and smiled.

Docome looked surprise at how much her mothers parents didn't like her,"So... i guess they never what to see ther granddaughters then huh?"
"I am not as soft as you think i am, i promise you that if i needed to i would kill in a second. And yes Rose in a bother in the family she is causeing much more stress then needed. But i will not agree on what you said about Docome and her powers Rose truly loves both of her daughters and im sure she will not turn her back on them she is a vampire now it would never make any sence if she abandoned Docome because of that." Duzell looked out the window to see that the sun was starting to sure,"I am going to bed, the sun is showing now and tomorrow night i must go get the things Docome needs for home schooling."he smiled back at Akee before leaveing the room shutting the door behind him.

Akee nodded as she gave him a smile. "Good night Duzell sleep well." She said in a warm and friendly voice. She loved him as she always would but Rose would be a different story. She slowly stud and waited to he had left then went down to the kitchen. She closed her eyes as she saw Rose with Decome and left them be. She walked to where Alice was and picked her up as she stared down into the childs beautiful eyes and smiled. She then took a set and began to rock her as she sung a old song to her. She laughed as the child reached out and grabbed her finger and held it. Akee gently kissed the child as she watched her drift to sleep holding her finger as Decome us to do. She closed her eyes as she felt the same warmth and happiness she use to feel when Decome was little. Maybe Alice would life and grow up to be just like Decome. Akee thought as she sat there and enjoy watched Alice sleep in he arms.


Nat sat at his desk as he thought about the day. He was truly worried for Decome and her family. He hoped that Akee was alright and wouldn't be to cross with him. He wandered if she would be cooking tonight. He laughed as he looked at his desk full of her goodies he had the teachers buy when she would sell them at the market. Most of the teachers just thought he loved sweets but the truth was he just liked their maker as most of the people in the town did. As far as the people where concerned Decome and her little family where very sweet and kind. Nothing bad could be said about any of them. Decome was the dream girl that every one want, her mother a sweet woman with a big heart, her father a man that all men wanted to live up to, and her grandmother the sweet and kind lady who always had a smiled and treat for every one. He wandered how the town would change if they knew that the family was Vampires and not human. He wasn't going to tell a soul on know. He enjoyed having others of his kind near by but he did worry that some other may.

Docome leaned her head agenist her mothers legt as she continued to talk but her eyes slowly opened to the sound of her grandmother coming down the stairs,"Excuse me for a mintue momma."docome stud up and walked into the living room to see her grandmother holding Alice who was falling asleep,"I remember you tell me that i use to do that to, hold on to your finger and just go to sleep." Docome said hugging her grandma and sitting next to her on the couch.

Akee turned and smiled at Decome as she gently put Alice back down and covered her up then took a set beside Decome again. "You did only you wouldn't let go. I was afraid you would never let my figure go for a while. You know if you want to go to school you can. Nate is right it is not fare to you if we keep you from your other half. You are both vampire and human in equal half's. I had seemed to forget that which is silly of me. I want you to know I love you Decome and I and Duzell will be here for you always. " She said as she gently hugged Decome and kissed the top of her head. "What do you think about me opening a pastry shop?"She said as she looked down in to her beautiful granddaughters eyes.

Docome just smiled and leaned her head on her grandma's shoulder,"Its ok grandma, to be honest I started getting scared when i thought more about me being in a school of humans and my powers start acting up, i dont want to hurt any of my friends if there close to me. And opening up a pastry shop? It sounds like fun!! can i be the cashie?" She asked holding onto her grandmas arm now and looking up at her.

She gets and looks around and finds a letter from her mother that hated her for years and it said they want to see her and her children and sigh she knew she can't but if her children i wanted to see them she would do it for them. she went to akee and said "akee i just got a letter from my parents i am sorry for this but I need to take Alice and decome for a few days my parents want to see them if that is alright with you of course?"
