Man, Lazenca really liked Emeriah right now.

It was a lot less for her... about to kill the guy... and more for her putting her foot down at all. Granted, he'd been there for all of ten minutes, but it was great to know that he'd been wrong about some things.

However, with this happening, the fridge was closed... unless he took the time to physically move both Dante and Emeriah. He knew better than to poke at angry vampires, so folded his arms. For the record, he wasn't really pleased with having to wait, but considering having to peel the woman away from the neck wasn't an alternative he wasn't looking to consider right now.

Dante flinched out of pure reaction as his throat was taken hold of. He drew his short sword, holding it to her throat in exchange. "I'll lay off you if you don't straddle me again." Unlike her, his attack would be swift and deadly. Hers would take more time and give him enough of a warning to react before any certain damage would have been done. He had the upper hand. All he had to do was wait for her to let go.

Emeriya's lips curled back and she threw him out of the way.
"You think i fucking wanted to!!"
She snarled at him, throwing the fridge open and tossing the meat to the waiting man.
"I know you've had a fucking bad past with women, but im not acting this way because im a woman. Im pissed off. Just like you get."
Her eyes went blood red almost black as she looked at him.
"And if you even try to fucking touch me with that, ill rip your fucking throat out."
Emi was so pissed, the screams still ringing in her ears.
"You dont fucking know what its like to be me. Don't try to act like you do!"
Turning to Rain, she softened ever so gently..
"Im sorry.."
She then glanced at Laz, and the meat on the plate.
"..enjoy.."
She tried to calm herself.

Oni blushed but knew he would need help. Softly he said, "Yes please help me, sorry to be such a bother." He was shy in front of Brenden. Lukas had helped him before but he felt differently about Lukas. He was grateful for how nice Brenden was being about all of this though. "Yes maybe some time later on I can learn," he said and continued to listen to the man. He said seriously, "I think most people are bad at keeping secrets because they always find reasons they think is okay to tell others." He was scared to tell anybody that Xanic wanted Oni and him to become one person. He trusted brother but wasn't sure if it was possible.

Rain simply watched, inwardly running through chants absently. She was going to have to do something it seemed…Wasn’t this Arina’s job? Rain’s was to sit and point. She was not the motherly type… but she felt like she was having to behave like one….and it made her uncomfortable. Still as Eme said she was sorry she merely shrugged, saying only “I’ve been tempted myself….” She knew what it was like to want to hurt someone so bad your blood was boiling…especially at men…

Jeez, over react much? Dante honestly couldn't believe the girl. He reached up and rubbed his throat after he'd caught his balance. People these days... so this was a goth. He hardly heard what she said, having processed out all of the useless words she's sputtered out of shear anger. The only thing he'd absorbed was that terrible high pitched whine. 'You don't understand.' 'You're not me.' 'I'll kill you.' How piteous.

He was tempted to say more, but held himself back this time. She was begging him to be empathetic, yet hated him for his slight hint of sympathy. Wait, he could guess just what was wrong with this one now! She was either pregnant, or PMSing! Those were always the sure causes of pissed off females.

He rolled his eyes to Rain's comment before sheathing his short sword. Fantastic, now he looked like a bigger ass than before just because he'd been bitched out. why did they always do something unnecessary?

Emeriya smirked at Rain, her eyes slowly fading back to their emerald green.
"You should sometime, it felt good."
Saying this she flexed her fingers, stiff from holding his throat. She glanced at him.
"I may be a woman, but im not average. I dont want your sympathy, and im not asking for it."
She glared.
"Im just asking that you don't be an asshole. Alright?"

"Okay," Pre'acha'n said, walking over and picking Oni up. He half-carried him to the bath, and slid in with him. "You think so? Then why don't I? As you can see, I have quite a mouth when I'm more comfortable around a person..."

One assumes that in throwing food at someone... they're actually throwing it at them. And so did Lazenca swiftly lift his right arm, the meal-that-would-never-be splashing against the bracer, sending globs of red, churned ground beef or beef product around to stick to the bracer and his shirt.

"..."

Lazenca closed his eyes and just walked away. The vampire-girl wasn't thinking rationally... and she looked ready to attack the one dude, so it didn't make sense to throw a half-joking but half-serious comment about her... cleaning (licking?) it off of him.

Walking away was truly the best recourse.

Oni got comfy in the bath. The warm water felt nice and he smiled a little at the pleasant feeling. He didn't bother trying to wash himself but rather let the warm water soak in while he simply sat there. Oni was a little confused at what Brenden had said so he asked, "Why don't you tell someone's secret. . because you talk a lot?" Was he saying he would tell secrets when he got comfortable with people but that didn't make sense. Before he said he was good at keeping secrets. . .maybe he meant he was good at it till he got comfortable with someone then he got bad.

Dante waved his hand at the two of them. "I'd be sympathetic by watching my words for you. Ask something that's possible." Before she could so much at blow up at him again, he was gone. Hell, he wasn't staying around that thing anymore. His neck was burning, not just from the strong grip that had been on it, but the yet again irritated holes in his neck. He wasn't ready to head to bed, nor did he honestly wish to stay in the room next to the PMSing vampie. No, he'd take a stroll outside, head into town, and continue his investigation somewhere else for tonight.

"No, I was asking why I don't tell. I talk enough to spill something, yet I don't. Everyone else I've met who talked a lot spilled whatever secrets they had," he said, letting the warm water soak off the dirt. "I just think it's a bit weird. Maybe it's a raven thing..."

Oni looked at him kinda funny. He got what Brenden said but it still sounded funny. He said to him,"I guess that makes sense. I have a big secret that I can't tell anybody. I don't like secrets." Giving him a confused look Oni asked, "Raven thing?"

She watched the two continue their fight, unimpressed as Dante rolled his eyes. He’d yelled at her more insults then he had at the others combined so he shouldn’t be surprised that she wasn’t his biggest fan. She then glanced back as Emeriya spoke, simply letting her lip twitch into a slight smile. “No….not worth the price.” She glanced at the man as he left, shrugging her shoulders. A vampire boyfriend though….that was interesting.

"Uhh..." Pre'acha'n went through the list of people that knew he was a were in his head. Oni wasn't among them. "I have a big secret, too, but I share this one with a few people," he said, shifting uncomfortably. "I only shared it because something big happened and I needed to shift quickly. Thankfully, I was accepted instead of being hunted." He scratched the back of his head. "Um, what do you know about were-animals?"

[i thought dante put the plate in the fridge after being told to go away. such wasn't the case; dante still holds the plate. with her so mad, i wouldn't assume that she'd wait for dante to re-present the plate for laz, so the post shows instead that she still threw meat at him rather than the plate.

the intention is the same i would think... or i should say, the end result; lazenca leaves the area. the way and reason it happens is of little consequence.]
