Lukas Let Strigur take them home his arms around Oni nuzzling into his cheek.

Arina patted Dalcha watching Ti, she sat on the ground next to the large dog. She didn't really know what to do, she wasn't a good fighter, the best she'd maybe be able to do is set fire to someone's clothes or such. She nuzzled into Dalcha's fur this time letting herself sigh for real.

Cat's curiosity made her scoot over to a corner and watch curiously. She nibbled on her sleeve tension filling the room. Though she was still sniffing the room to find the bird.

Oni didn't say much on the way home but felt a little better having Lukas close. Once they got home he said, "I think I'll stay with you while you but Strigur away if that's okay?" He really didn't want to be alone for some reason.

Rain took in deep gulps, slumping against the wall a moment as she pulled back her control. She had to calm herself, it was just a comment. She was over twenty years old now and a powerful witch with no helpless family to hold over her head so she had to obey without question…she would never be that helpless again. She was stronger now, this was the present, that was the past.

Beginning to unbraid her hair absently she watched the ground, feeling her muscles lose their tension. Finally she decided to go back in, unaware of Ti and Dante just on the other side. Within a moment a fully calmed Rain stepped inside, seeing Ti and Dante both. She raised an eyebrow, looking between the two though she inwardly suppressed a shiver. Dante…his eyes were still like HIS….




((lol and the irony is that Dante doesn't even want to do all this but the crafty warlock can hide his aura and energy so nobody can know that till he does something really out there XD))

Pre'acha'n darted behind the couch, almost shifting, but managing not to. "Guys? Can we not fight? Please?" he said, a whine in his voice. "I don't wanna get clawed open again..."

Rin pointed his fingers at the reinforced roof and cast a new spell. "Grey word: Faultline." Went the spell hit it cause the reinforcment to crack along the center. It was a spell made to break magic walls and things of that nature. He giggled at it now he had another useful spell in his aresnal.

((heh heh... arse.))

Lukas just nodded. "Alright Oni, you can stay I don't mind." He said leading Strigur into the stables. She neighed softly, the smell of the funnel cakes starting to waft their way into her nostrils, though she prefeered meat the sweets smelled good that day.

Rin sat up and opened his door walking back donwstairs. He saw Cat standing there and gave her a slight now. He was still nervous around he but he had to put up a strong front.

Oni stayed close to him but just enough out of the way not to be a bother. He noticed Strigur sniffing the sweets so he pulled out a funnel cake for her. He pet her gently and said, "You're a sweetheart."

Stigur neighed softly at the comliment and carefully took the treat out of Oni's hand throwing her head back and opening her large muzzel taking the whole cake into her mouth and chewed slowly to savor the taste. Lukas started removing the equipment from her and pated Oni's head "So are you silly."

"Right..." Dante stared at the vampire for a moment before waving his hand at the man. "You're in my way..." He reached under his shirt, gripping the cool metal handle of his short sword. And then she returned. He calculated everything, his eyes falling to her for a long moment. Not now. No... he wouldn't reveal himself just yet. The fear was there, but she hadn't seemed to comprehend anything.

For now, he would let his vessel free.

Dante's eyes lightened up a bit as his hand's grip loosened. He blinked before looking to Ti, Rain, and the others. Everything had suddenly hit him. What the Hell had he done!? He removed his hand from his shirt,and shook his head before quickly heading past the vampire and straight towards the front door. This was wrong- this was wrong! He had to get out of here! He kept his mouth shut and stayed moving, though he desperately wanted to act differently and create an excuse so as to stay here. But... why should he? They were pissed. He couldn't control himself and he'd pissed them all off!

Oni gave a small smile at that comment. Lukas was more kind then he was. Once Lukas had set the things down Oni went over to him and gave him a little needy kiss and hugged him. He looked at him and said, "Thanks for taking me. I had fun." He dropped his head on Lukas' shoulder and just stood there for a moment.

"Umm... did that make sense to anyone?" Pre'acha'n asked, peeking out from behind the couch. "Because I'm horribly lost."

Lukas smiled and kissed him back putting his arm around Oni. "I'm glad you had fun, I did too." He said happily.

Arina looked up a bit confused as she heard the door open and close she was cuddled against Dalcha like a little girl. She let her darkening silver eyes roam around the room. The inner beast inside her sensed something wrong but her human emotions were still trying to keep it dulled.

Cat noticed Arina behind the bar being too preoccupied by curiosity to even notice Rin enter the room. She hopped from her spot, being a cat she was naturally weary of dogs "You look not too well miss." She said tilting her head to the side a bit. She felt the girls forehead "Oh my you seem to be burning up with fever miss...."

Ti's hand shot to his side, gripping the hilt of a dagger as Dante slowly reached for something in his shirt. He was about to draw the blade when Dante seemed to change, like a shadow was lifted. As The man blinked and looked about, Ti silently cursed himself for not sensing the foreign energy. He let go of the dagger and sighed, about to speak as Dante started to move past him. His hand shot out and gripped the man's bicep in a vice-like grip. "You don't get to just walk away from that." He said in a low voice. He pulled Dante backwards as he stepped forward, dragging the blonde to the center of the room. He gave a whistle and a jerk of his head to Dalcha, the dog getting up, licking Arina, then trotting to the door by Rain.

Oni smiled and said, "Well we should get back inside so you can get nice and warm." He grabbed Lukas' hand and trudged forward to the house. He held onto the bag with the other hand. He still felt off but didn't know why.

Bursting through the kitchen door Oni said loudly, "Brought funnel cake home!"

Rain saw his eyes changing, felt the look rush down her spine. She stood a little taller instinctually, determined not to show fear. It was irrational … but then again what about her life had made sense? No….No he was dead.

She still kept returning to that night in her memory, watching the flame destroy him as she heard her family die too…when she realized Dante was walking towards the doors she still stood next to. She put her hand on his shoulder, her hand trembling slightly as she said quietly “One of these days you’ll have to tell me what that was all about…” She then sighed glancing towards the Raven. With a slightly sad, tired tone she said only, “For once Brendan….we agree…”

She’d started to move when she saw Ti grab him, raising an eyebrow curiously. What…What was going on? She looked to the dog now by her side and stroked its ears gently. She would watch the scene, uncertain what to think or do… As Oni came in she laughed slightly, a helpless sort of laugh. "Funnel cake?" was all she could say considering...

Lukas fell into step behind Oni, though he saw everyone around the one blond kid Dante if he recalled his name right. He wondered what was going on then noticed some strange cat like girl around his sister. Had he heared something about fever when he walked in.

Oni blinked a bit in shock as he was hit with a dash of fear, confusion, and anger. He huddled against Lukas scared not knowing what was going on. He looked at Rain for a moment and said stupidly, "uh yeah funnel cake."
