Oni woke up groggily and rubbed his eyes. He smiled down at Lukas when what happened last night really hit him. From the bit he saw Ti and Dante collapsed . . but why? Did they attack each other? Oni leaped out of bed and ran straight for Dante's room. Luckily it hadn't been locked so he threw open the door and went straight to his bedside. He shook the man gently saying, "Dante. . .Dante are you okay?" He was very worried about his strong friend.

Dante shot up and reached under his pillow for his pistol. He stopped himself dead as he saw purple. He released the gun and moved his hand away, only to be attacked by the worried purple haired boy. He was silent for a long moment, trying to regain himself and think. Last night... it was all kind of hazy to him.. That happened once in a blue moon. What the Hell was wrong with him?

"Oni..." He sighed before pulling the boy into a tight hug. "Thanks."

Oni hugged him back just as tightly, well as tight as Oni could, and smiled. "Oh Dante I was so worried. I was sick last night so I was kinda out of it but when I woke up I remember you collapsing. What happened? Did you and Ti fight? Are you okay now?" he said in his worried voice. The last thing he wanted was his friend and Ti to fight.

((afternoon))

"Mmh. No. Not at all." Dante sighed. "It was just a misunderstanding. He was asking me a few questions. It seems my bad heart acted up and caused me to become lightheaded. I fainted is all." He smiled and messed the boy's hair playfully. "How are your eyes? Are you feeling any better?"

( BRB. Switching to the school computers. Gimme 10 min. )

Oni placed his hand over Dante's heart saying with a worried face, "I thought your heart was doing better? You promise you're okay?" He wanted to make sure that his strong friend would be alright. Oni though couldn't help but let out a giggle when he ruffled his hair. "It's still kinda fuzzy around the edges but I can see now," he said in response.

Dante chuckled dryly nad lowered his head a bit. "I'll be fine. It's only a mild condition. It just makes me heart beat really really fast until my head gets all fuzzy and dark." He lied before releasing the boy and laying back on his bed once more. "I'm glad you're feeling better. You won't have to go to the hospital then unless if suddenly gets worse." He closed his eyes for a moment before looking to his room door. "Could you... close that?" Not like he was planning anything. He was just paranoid.

"Okay but try not to do anything that will make it beat fast," Oni said as he got up and shut the door for him. He went back to where Dante was and laid down next him. He snuggled his friend and said, "Is it okay if I stay here and keep you company? I want to make sure you are okay."

( Phht. xD Dante ALWAYS has a man to keep him company in bed. ;D )

Dante blinked as Oni climbed in with him before shrugging it off. "Yeah, sure. It's fine." Hell, the boy was naive. At least, as far as Dante could remember. He placed a hand on the boy's head, his eyes staying up on the ceiling above. He... really hated this place. He couldn't wait to return to home. He didn't care what dirty shit his father wanted him to do. He'd rather be out killing people or dealing drugs than dealing with this emotional disaster.

Oni laid there for a while not saying anything. Sometimes it was nice to have quiet and just enjoy having the presence of someone you care about. Softly he said, "Dante I'm glad you are here. You've helped me a lot. Maybe someday I can make it up to you. Once I get smart and you need help, maybe I could help you." Oni doubted this but he hoped that he would be helpful to Dante someday.

"You don't have to be intelligent to help someone." Dante sighed. Well, he couldn't share any personal experiences about helping and being brainless. Hell, he was a genius. He didn't like being a genius, but it was all in there. "Oni, you're helping me right now. I really enjoy having your company." He smiled to the boy wearily. Well, he'd never been hugged so much before. It was... kinda nice.

Oni brightened at those last words and hugged him. "Someone else said something similar. They told me I make people happy and that was a good thing. I'm glad if I can help people even if it is in little ways," he said to his friend smiling.

"Mmmh. yeah. I've never been hugged so much." He sighed. "It's weird, but it's also... comforting I guess." He smiled and messed the boy's hair again. "Eh? Who else was it?" Well, he was a bit curious, but he didn't mind if he didn't get an answer.
