"It's okay Brenden. . I know I just need to learn some more. I just wish I could do it faster," he said to his bird friend. He looked at the necklace saying, "I think it came from your pocket. It doesn't look familiar."

He smiled at Michi thinking that actually sounded really good and said, "Okay that would make me really happy. I like sweet things."

Michi took Oni by the hand and smiled, she looked at the necklace and smiled bright.
"So pretty..."
Her free hand gently touched the gems of the necklace and her eyesbrows furrowed. She looked up at Brenden and searched his memories for the source of the necklace.

((He has no clue, he's a kleptomaniac, he picked it up once without realizing it))

Preachan looked up at Oni. "I ment before my pocket," he said, worry in his voice. "I don't want to be framed for theft or anything." He looked back at the necklace, trying to think of where it could have come from. Nothing came to mind. "I have no clue how someone would even be able to get it in my pocket, though..."

Oni scratched his head and said, "Well maybe it got in there by magic or something. There are lots of people here that have lots of abilities and stuff. Just take it around and found out if it belongs to anyone."

Michi

Michi looked up.
"Brenden picked it up.
Michi watched the rainbows dance across the skin of her fingers and kept searching Brendens thoughts.
"You have no real memory of it, just a blip."
She remembered playing with her mother's jewelary, shed always steal it and walk aroud the house with it on. She'd pretend she was a princess..

Rin sat down on the couch in the commons he needed some time away from the lab to breath and calm down a bit.

Exiting the kitchen Amoni walked into the common area, mainly because she really had no where else to sleep as she had still not received a room key. She arrived back at her former resting spot and saw rin, causing her to pause. She bowed her head lightly in acknowledgement, her arms crossed behind her back. As always her polite formal air left her hard to read, though she did sit down in the chair she’d formally occupied so one could conclude she didn’t mind company. “Hello again” She finally said simply, sitting with her spine straight but otherwise relaxed in the chair.






Felicity had stayed purring in Oni’s lap but was beginning to grow bored. Accordingly the excitement craving cat leaped at the necklace and began to bat it around contently. It really didn’t care much about where it came from, only where it was going and the fact it was shiny.

Oni remembered some of the letters Dante had wanted him to practice. He turned to the others and said, "Sorry guys but I forgot some stuff I have to do. Maybe we can play later?"

"Your ever the formal one miss. I would be lying if I did not say that was not an intriguing factor of yours." Rin said showing that she was not the only one who could be formal. Rin remembered that much of his upbringing he was royalty at one point groomed to be a ruler one day before everything went bad. "Amoni was it? So I have to ask what brought you to this place of all places?"

As he spoke of her formality she merely nodded, knowing many found it uncomfortable or strange so not surprised by its being noticed. Amoni had long ago accepted that she was raised with rather old fashioned ideals of honor and etiquette. The only thing that seemed to surprise her was Rin calling it intriguing, causing her to turn her head towards him more fully and raise an eyebrow at this. Now that was not a reaction she was use to…

She only spoke as he mentioned her name, causing her to do that careful little head bow of hers. “Yes, that is correct….as far as my reason goes there is little to explain…for I had none. I travel, and stumbled into here.” It was simple enough, her tone seemed to say, as she regarded the man. “And you?” She returned in her polite, gentle tones.

Pre'acha'n nodded, putting the necklace back into his pocket. He smiled, giving Oni a big hug before walking to his room. He went in and started looking through his pockets, finding some money, more jewelry, and several random pebbles. "What the hell?" he said, flopping down on the bed. He started thinking, but ended up falling asleep.


((I need to sleep as well. Night guys!))

"I was the same as you just wound up here one day can't really say much after that. I try to keep to myself though I do not handle people very well espically vampires. For some reason never liked them." He said with a chuckle. "To clear things up from earlier the girl I was helping her name is Cat she I am not sure how to explain this but you ever had that feeling that you know someone but you just can't remember from where? That is how it is with her."

Michi watched them both leave and wandered downstairs into Arina's room as she went she beckoned Felicity.
"Felicity, I'm going to take a nap, would you like to come?"
She opened Arina's bedroom door for Felicity to walk through and climbed into the big bed. The warmth of the covers was so inviting as she slid under them. If Felicty would follow her into the bed she'd cuddle the cat as she drifted into slumber.
"Goodnight..."

So there were vampires here, Amoni gathered. It did not bother her but simply reminded her of something, though she dismissed it without a word. She simply sat, and listened as she often did, her watchful eyes often giving the impression of not caring though her voice always suggested a contrasting gentleness. She paused, as if genuinely considering the question. Then again Amoni always seemed to consider everything…just the way the naturally cautious creature was. “ I know the feeling you are referring to. I have not had much experience myself with it though…” She finally replied, her hands curling in her lap a moment.






Felicity followed and eagerly curled up with the girl, having always been drawn to children. Then again, in heart it was a child itself really. Soon it too was asleep…

This one was oddly methodically more like how he should be, but being the furtherest thing from a normal mage he was a lot more impulsive. "How is it that you remain so stoic all the time? It must make things hard at times." He mused about this he knew how to be just as stoic but for Rin it was boring to be like that.

Yes….but can’t showing one’s emotion make things just as difficult?” Amoni responded, though part of her wondered the purpose of the observation. Dismissing this, however, she simply intertwined her fingers, still sitting in that strange way she seemed to always sit…. An odd combination of relaxed muscles and yet perfect, focused posture. It wouldn’t seem possible normally but somehow she pulled it off as she studded the red haired mage.

Rin held his hand up to his mouth to look like he was coughing but he casted a quick spell. "Grey word: mimic." His battle mask appeared on his face covering it and he took on a posture sitting style and hand manuersuems of Amoni. "It's just like looking into a mirror isin't it?" He asked a smile appearing behind his mask.

One cat like ear twitched and soon picked up his words. She seemed unconcerned and simply tilted her head to the side as she watched. Amoni couldn’t help a half smile appearing beneath her own veil though she felt both a mused….and annoyed. She had others make fun of her, so was not so sure that it wasn’t happening now. However she simply shrugged, glancing at the floor. “I would not know,” She said honestly, “ I do not often watch myself. Do you?” She added the question with a small quirk of humor unlike her, bending to take a sip of her salt water she’d made in the kitchen.

"Do I Watch myself at times? Depends on if I am looking at a mirror or not. Watch you? No not really you have not been around long enough to observe." Rin said smiling and with a wave of his hand his spell disappeared and he looked like his normal self once more. He stood up to go get himself a drink once again. "At least I got a bit of a smile out of you. It helps to be upbeat at times."

To watch ones self… what could be learned that way she wondered inwardly. Still as he spoke she suppressed the urge to sigh. Just because she had been trained as a little girl to resist showing emotion many assumed she was either sad or felt nothing at all. “Yes…it is good to be upbeat…” She agreed in a mild, polite voice. She relaxed once more, her emotion calming. Oh well…she did not expect to be understood….she didn’t understand herself sometimes so why should others?
