Vuri pulled away from the dragon and smiled. "Yes. I can relate. This is the first place that has ever felt like any kind of hope to me." she said as she watched Janu. "Come on." she motioned her hand toward the fire. "Do you think you could make it back near the fire?" she said, wanting to be by Janu's side again, but not wanting to leave Tal behind.

Talianda looked at Vuri, then at Janu. "Yes, I can make it. I ran the whole way here while bleeding, didn't I?" he said, a lighter tone in his voice again. He then glanced at the table. "Aren't you two hungry? Ti cooked all of that, and it's been forgotten. Because if you won't, I will."

Janu glanced at the table, running her hand through her hair a moment. “I’ll get us all a plate” She stated simply. She began making three plates, getting large portions for Vuri and Tal as she suspected they’d like that. She didn’t say another word, simply watching the other two as she made their plates.

Vuri smiled. "Yes, I guess you did, huh." she looked over at the food after Tal spoke. "Acctually I am pretty hungry. But then again i'm hungry for anything Ti cooks." She giggled. "Thank you Janu!"she exclaimed. Janu did so much for everyone. Someday. Vuri thought I'll have to do something really special for her. She smiled.

"Thank you," Talianda said, hoisting himself up and limping back to his spot by the fire. When he got there, he lay down again. "Hey, want to see something interesting that I can do?"

Janu half smiled as they got near the fire, breathing a sigh of releif as peace returned. Slowly she picked up the plates, including hers which she balanced on her head. Finally she walked to the other two, keeping perfect balance as she sat a plate in front of Tal and handed the other to Vuri. She then retrieved her own from the top of her head and sat in a nearby chair. She tilted her head to the side, however, at the other’s remark. “Hmmm sure, Tal, why not.” She then shrugged, nibbling at a piece of food absently.

Vuri sat down next to Tal. "Of course!" She had always thought that Tal, just by himself was an interesting and fascinating creature, the fact that he could do interesting things drew Vuri in more. Vuri thanked Janu again as she took the plate taking a bite of the delicious meal, she eagerly looked forward to what he had to show her.

Talianda smiled, just the corners of his mouth moving up a bit. "Watch this..." He closed his eyes, and a gentle breeze moves about the room, gathering all the dust hidden in the corners. It collected in front of him, making a mass of dust that sperkled in the firelight. He then opened his eyes, and the shade of blue was more intense, almost glowing. the wind moved only in front of him, carrying and shaping the dust until it was in the shape of a fully bloomed rose, the dust inside the shape still constantly moving. "How do you like it?"

Janu watched a moment then giggled, enjoying seeing the earlier threatening powers turn into something so benign and beautiful. She playfully reached forward to trace its outline with a claw, only to lean back once more. She loved flowers and gardens, and it gave her a dreamy look a moment.

((haha. I dunno...we'll see. The gift could be anything... >.> ))

Vuri was a bit scared at first when she felt a breeze, but it was soft, soothing almost, so she remained calm. She watched as it all gathered together in front of Tal and took the form of a rose. Vuri's jaw dropped. Was this magic? The only other kind of magic she had seen was when she was turned into this being. But even then she was barely conscious. Her gold eyes looked over at Tal's blue ones, noticing how pretty they were, but then her eyes flickered back to the dust sculpture. "It's beautiful." said Vuri. Almost as though she were in a trance.

"I can make almost any shape," he whispered, a slight hum to his voice. The rose dissolved into a wolf and two cats chasing each other around in a circle. "I've used colored sand to create a kind of illusion, making someone chase after the wrong thing." the cats and wolf then dissolved into a bird, silently gliding around the room. "Glass dust is amazing to watch, it glitters all the time, making it look like crystal."

((*gasp*))

She watched Vuri’s trance and half smiled a moment, reaching over to scratch behind the other’s ear. She then yawned slightly, realizing she’d been more tired out this morning then expected. Giving a bow of her head to both then ruffling first Vuri’s then Tal’s ears she stood. “I’m going to take a nap…” She stated quietly, turning and walking up stairs to her bed and collapsing into it. Unaware something in the shadows had noticed what she hadn’t and was thinking perhaps it could use the cat and the wolf dragon…maybe….

"Wow" Vuri whispered under her breath. She giggled as the dust took the form of the wolf and cats, thinking of the three of them. She liked this. Being with these two made her feel whole. It was a perfect moment. Vuri turned over and lay on her back as she watched to dust bird fly around the room. She let out a sigh of happiness.

Talianda gave a great yawn, unavoidably showing just how long his fangs were. His mouth snapped shut, and he blinked sleepy eyes. "Well, I probably shouldn't do too much, I need to be able to heal," he said, yawning again. the little dust bird flew out a window, and dissolved into just a cloud of dust drifting to the ground. "If you don't mind, I think I'll sleep now." He set his head on the ground, framed by his paws. Pretty soon, his breathing had evened out and he was fast asleep.

Arina awoke with a small start looking around her room quickly in a small panic, though calmed after she remembered where she was. It was just a nightmare, she got up and got dressed, putting on a frilly sun dress today, it was red like blood and played a good contrast to her pale skin, she covered her blue lips with a red shade of lipstick same color as her dress and put her hair up in curls. she then walked down to the main area.

Janu awoke slowly, shivering a little as if she felt cold. She raised an eyebrow at herself confused, she wasn’t cold.. Oh well. With a small yawn she stood, Wearing her usual outfit, simply because she never thought of her clothing. She figured you can dress up a monster, but its still a monster, so what’s the point?

She headed down stairs then, glancing towards Arina. She blushed, thinking she couldn’t believe how beautiful she looked this morning. The feline glanced away a moment only to start towards the other a little. “M…Morning Arina” She greeted softly.

Arina twirled to face her and smiled "morning Janu, want to help me get some firewood, it seems a bit chilly today." She mentioned and grabbed a small black lace coat and put on her shoes heading towards the back door. "You don't have to naturally, I just like company." she added grabbing the metal pan that goes next to the fire place.

I’d love to come” Janu suggested lightly, almost blushing a moment. She’s a good friend, Janu thought inwardly, that’s why she wants me to come with. The feline then walked towards the other, not even thinking of grabbing a coat. There was one perk to having fur… though not much of one. With a smile she headed towards the front door, holding it open for Arina with a blush.

Arina nodded a small thanks for the door and headed towards the shack that held the firewood. She set the metal basket down to throw open the large door and walked inside with the basket letting the door hang open. "So how did last night go after I went to bed?" she asked making conversation while picking out the wood she wanted.

Pretty much… everyone went to sleep .” She stated with a grin, looking at the other woman a moment. She blushed, looking for similar wood to what Arina gathered. She placed it near the bucket in case she was wrong but then stepped back, placing her arms behind her back. She then looked up at Arina a moment, “did you sleep well?”

Arina nodded "for the most part yes. She picked up the wood Janu had gathered and put it in the bucket. "this should be enough for now." she nods and moved towards the house "Well, at least they got some sleep, I'd be worried if they hadn't" She moveed back towards the main building with the bin full of wood.

Gero materializes in the middle of the tavern. He looks around and and notices a wolf-like creature at his feet. "Strange wolf," he says.
[Gero is tall(6'3") with red black hair, jade green eyes, he is lean, well built, and fair of face and tan skin.
he wears home-made leather and fur clothes and carries a staff with things dangling from it.]

Heh yes… even non cats like you need sleep” She half teased, a soft smile on her black lips. She blinked a moment, glancing towards the house. Hmmm she’d said for the most part, that means that there was a part she didn’t. Reaching out to touch her shoulder gently the feline studied Arina’s delicate features. “But what about the part where you didn’t?” she asked quietly.
