He made sure to hold out his arm that she could hold it was they walked. It was a gentleman's gesture nothing else and he figured she would be refined enough to understand. She was a very pleasant woman and easy to talk with. Hito liked her and glad Tidus was with her, even if he was jealous. He listened as she described it almost seeing it in his mind. He smiled when she would like him to visit again. He simply said, "I can imagine how beautiful it must be. Though I bet the real thing is better than what my old tired mind can conjure up. Growing your own food is always wise." He let out a gently laugh when she mentioned roses and every girls heart. "I think you would be right on that. The rose is simply amazing and will forever be romantic." It made him think back hundreds of years back and how some things never did change. He liked roses as well for that matter, forever a classic.

Rin felt strange asking the question he was raised in a lab for the most part and Cat was not raised under better circumstances. "I think we could do it though honestlly." He said as he finished up with his plate. "I think that kid would be a strong and odd child." He said with a laugh.

She slipped her arm through his casually. She let her gaze flow over the land the phantom images of the garden haunting her grounds. "Yes, though I'm having a feeling I may need to hire new help to keep it tended this summer. My gardener has not been seen around a lot." She mentioned with a small disappointment, she liked Janu, and missed her but had that feeling she'd probably not see her much more. She inwardly shrugged it off though and started towards the stables. "I don't know if you're a man for beasts, but father was one for horses, if'n you'd like to see them." She wasn't really sure what to show else for this was really the main thing here besides the Inn.


Cat shrugged "He'd know how to cook and fight, and love hopefully. Though how we found it seems like a miracle in it's own." she finished her plate and leaned back in her chair. "Though it will be a funny looking child."

"Well it would not have my wings thats for sure. They are not part of my dna they were grafted onto me remember." He said with a smile, but a cat demon human child would be different that much is for sure. "What's to say it would not be a girl?" He asked laughing a bit staring into her eyes.

"Well then she'd know how to cook and fight. I wasn't saying it would be either or, I just was not wanting to say he or she would. I simply shortened it to he." She said shrugging "And I know, though, I still think that it will be a funny looking kid." She shrugged taking her plate to the sink and rinsing it before putting it in the washer.

"I've found there are good gardeners and then there are those that are almost one with the earth. I hope you are able to find someone talented in such matters," he said wondering what sort of hired help she had that just up and left. He kept silent not wanting to ruin the mood.

As they continued to walk he admired how they were surrounded by nature. He preferred this sort of thing rather than being in the cities. He could manage in either area but it was more pleasurable to be truly surrounded by the night. He responded to her question, "I would love to. I've caught the scent of more than mere horses so it will be nice to see what you have here."

Arina smiled "Well, you have a good sniffer then sir." she joked, "We have mostly stalions, but there are two rather special ones in here. Perhaps you'll enjoy the stables." She smiled, she'd forgotten there were those with that superb sense of smell. She would never get used to that.

"Well i guess it is a thought. If you don't want to we don't have to. Just something that popped into my head on a whim is all." He said as he followed behind her taking his plate with him as well to clean it up and put it back into the cuppboard.

"I dunno." She said honestly. "I just don't know." She shook her head, why must this be presented then. She wanted to just enjoy his company, a child...that would completely interupt her alone time with him. She moved to the counter grabbing a glass and pouring herself some wine sipping at it to keep off the cold.

Rin scratched his head and grabbed her waist again. "You know forget I brought it up. Just chalk it up to my randomness." Rin could not read minds but he could read Cat and the way her body responded to questions. He knew this was something to back off of.

He let out a light laugh saying, "Yes but the down side is I pick up unpleasant scents as well. I think I will enjoy them. Horses are beautiful creatures and the other two will be a welcome delight I am sure." This little walk was turning out to be quite pleasurable and he was glad she had been willing to come.

Arina nodded opening the stable doors with barely any effort at all, there were 5 stallions in the room, all of them a wild look was still in their eyes. They had been tamed but still were allowed to have a bit of their wild side since her family were all about horses and loved the thrill of them. They all ranged from pure white to a pure ebony, being midnight. They gave a little chorus of welcome, they had loved Arina's family after a while. "This room is males, the next is female, and then two separate stalls for our two special guests." Arina explained.

As they walked into the stables Hito's eyes went over the stallions and was impressed. Her family indeed had done well with pedigree and breeding. He made sure to control his presence but wild horses did not lose their cool as easily as simple minded tamed ones did so he was not very worried. He reached out and gently let his hand run down the black creatures neck saying, "These are fine animals Miss Arina. Your family knew what they were doing."

Arina shrugged. "Daddy's a smart cookie." She said leaning against midnights stable holding out her hand for him, he neighed and nuzzled her hand looking at Hito cautiously. He huffed a little and nuzzled more against Arina. "Oh you silly thing." She said softly "I don't have any treats today, I'm sorry." She pet the horse then moved on to the next room.

Hito watched Arina as she interacted with the horse. He would not feed from her but he could watch and admire her. He did not do so in a creepy way but rather with an attitude of respect and admiration. He followed her into the next room saying, "How long has your family been here Miss Arina? I hope you do not mind me asking."

"Oh I dunno, Few generations." She said shrugging her shoulders. "Long before my time, and was never one of my concerns or fascinations growing up." She said moving through the females petting their noses and on into Silber's room not really thinking about warning him at the sight of the silver beast with moonlight hair and pearl horn. Silber neighed happily in greeting and trotted over to greet Arina.

Amoni sighed, having had to run further then expected to save the screaming voice she had heard. Her father had raised her simply, if one could help they were to do so…period. She knew Oni would have headed home but now she walked towards the barn, having a small gash from the strange creature attacking the girl on her side and not wanting anyone to see it. She knew the gentle Oni would have worried…

She twitched an ear, not realizing that there were people there until she had entered and finished washing off the cut. It was already stopping it’s bleeding for Amoni never did bleed much. Now she was wrapping a little more of her black and silver touched cloth down her torso so she could cover the scrape before anyone could notice she hoped. She watched the two meanwhile, the pretty blond and handsome vampire. She felt a strange pang of emotion that made her pale green skin turn even fainter in color, horrified. Jealousy? She couldn’t be getting a crush on the man could she? The showy creature…even if the faint hint of gray at his temples crossing his glossy dark hair did catch her eye when she saw him…and even if he was the only one that didn't seem to find her polite, formal ways amusing...

"I see," he simply said in reply not wanting to press further. As they walked in Hito was pleased such a creature. He bowed light to it and said respectfully, "Hello beautiful one." Most of the older creatures it was always best to opt for respect than anything else. "May have the pleasure of touching you?" he asked gracefully.

The vampire had smelled siren blood even before the creature had come into the stables. He kept his focus on the animal at the moment but heightened his hear and other senses to keep a mark on it. He remembered it from earlier and wondered what had happened for it to bleed.

Arina pet Silber's nose watching for her reaction to the vampire, Silber had only seen michi, Janu, and Lukas. Though he'd not had a problem with them. He turned his ebony eyes to the man and bowed his head, as if to say you have my permission.

Hito was slow and gently touched the creature saying, "You are handsome good sir. It does my old heart good to see one such as you." He spoke truthfully to him. Once he finished he took a few soft steps back and bowed lightly once again. "Thank you," he said to the creature before turning to Arina. "Thank you as well my dear lady. This was a treat," he said with a smile and continued, "However, it appears one of your patrons is wounded. Perhaps we should check on her."
