Riku grinned in reply, "Yet you love me all the same." he joked, then quickly dried his arms to pick Michi up in a hug. He nodded to Alli who sat herself down in a nearby chair, "You haven't been giving Yasmin any trouble while I was gone did you?" Michi shook her head no.

She rolled her eyes at his joke " you wish" She replyed back continuing the joke, she smiled down at michi when she came and nodded to Allie.

"Do I really?" Riku mused, walking over to the table and setting Michi down in a seat with the box of crayons. Alli produced the coloring books Michi had been working on and placed them in front of the girl who went diligently back to work. Then Riku returned to his place back at the sink. The dirty pile had lessened considerably and he was near finished now.

she chuckled and shurged as she put a lot of the dishes away into they're cupboards " Hey michi after I'm done Helping big brother lets go get some sweets?" She asked the child hoping to tempt her.

"But Michi wants to spend time with Bwig bwother." Michi argued, eyes not looking up from the page she had been scribbling on for the past five minutes with a blue crayon.

Yasmin could only smile at this as the child was proving her right. " ok another time then," she promised the child they would go soon but when she was ready.

Riku sat down at the table, dishes finally all washed and clean. "Yasmin...I need to ask you something. Your family..." he trailed off, wondering about what would be the best way to approach the situation, "First things first, your fangs, do you want them gone?"

She rose and eyebrow and looked at him she had actually given a lot of thought to this and she shook her head " no, I think they should stay" She said lightly " And what about my family?" She asked she'd answer any of his questions about them.

"Just how far are they willing to go to make sure you don't get killed or worse?" Riku questioned, eyes landing on Michi's drawing. "You should use green here little one." he murmured, picking up said color and switching the blue crayon out.

Yasmin chuckled at that " you know you really shouldn't stifle her creativity" She said teasingly " My safety means nothing to them as far as they are considered I am already dead and if i am not they will make it so" She told him knowing her cousin had gotten back to the clans leader by now. " the only two you can trust is Terra and her twin marina, the two of them ditched the clan years ago they've been trying to kill them ever since" She said with a light smiled she admired them for it.

"Yes...I know Terra..." He glanced at Michi's drawing again, "I wasn't stifling it, just helping. She was coloring the entire page blue...again." He sighed and leaned his head against his hand, "Would you mind explaining to me just why it is that you don't wish to be turned? I understand that there are many things staying human has that being...undead doesn't. And also that you were raised that way but...personally? Is there anything?"

She looked at him oddly " why is it so important to you that I am turned?" she asked him, this not quite sitting well with her.

Riku observed Yasmin with his blue eyes for a moment, "Sometimes...I think it would be...better if you were turned." He murmured, choosing his words carefully. "What with all the danger out there, now that you've decided to stay here."

She sighed, this was going south quickly " yes I stayed here to look after michi which i believe you wanted me for the job because i was human" She said firmly making it clear if he pressed the issue she'd take michi and leave regardless if the child wanted to. she'd still not leave her with a pack of vampires there was to much that could go wrong.

Ah, she had found the flaw in his statement. He decided to let the subject drop for now. "As you wish." he murmured then stood up and moving to the staircase. "I'll be in my study if you need me." he stated then practically glided up the stairs. Mighi looked up with a pout now that her brother was gone then she smiled and hopped out of her seat, tugging on Yasmin's hand, "Lookie lookie." She laughed out, holding up the piece of paper shehad been coloring. Upon the sheet was a filed of flowers with a blue sky. Sitting in the flowers were three figures. One that was obviously Riku, one that was Michi, and one that resembled Yasmin, yet, it wasn't her. Somehow Michi's drawing looked more like a painting then it did a child's scribbles. Allie frowned when she saw what was on the paper and then slipped away ffrom the table and up the stairs, Riku needed to know about Michi's "drawing".

She smiled lightly as she saw the picture. " this is really good" She complemented the child not saying anything at all about the oddness of her appearance. simply thinking it was a small child's picture. she picked michi up " come on lets say we go play" she said lightly.

Michi nodded happily, dropping her picture onto the table, "Can we go to the park?"

She smiled " yes of coarse we can" She said happily as she started to walk out of the house. she paused at the door and left a note for riku wanting to give him some space right now.

Riku nodded as Alli told him of Michi's picture, "That sounds...like her..." he murmured. His eyes moved to the window and the two figures that were leaving the house. It was to bright out to ask Alli to follow them... Riku sighed and waved his hand, dismissing Alli. Then he slipped from his study down to the kitchen, snatching up Michi's picture and the note Yasmin had left him before returning to his study and the papers that rested on his desk, the ones about the future of the vampire soceity.

Michi walked happily next to Yasmin, turning her head this way and that to look at everything. She seemed to be fascinated by the simplest of things. "Neh, bwig sis? What do you think of bwig bwother?" She asked suddenly, turning away from the toys she had been staring at for the past minute or two. She tilted her head to the side slightly in a questioning manner, her bangs falling into her eyes, these were brushed away rather quickly by a small hand.

Yasmin smiled as she looked down at the small child " now why do you want to now that?" She asked her. she was slightly startled by the question she had always thought that since she called her big sister. That michi thought she was related to the both of them

"No reason." Michi replied, "Just wondewing." The small girl frowned slightly for a moment as if deep in thought and then a wide smile split her face again as the park came into view, "Huwwy bwig sis huwwy!" She cried, giggling and pulling on the older girl's hand as she pointed excitedly with the other.

Yasmin a laughed and picked up her pace for the small child. wondering what the question was about.

Michi, as soon as the pair reached the park, made a beeline for the swings and sat down happily on the first one she got to. She kicked off with her feet and laughed childishly as the wind blew her hair back. "Bwig sis! Come swing!" She called out.

Riku sighed, tired, as he set the papers down yet again. What a pain... it had been so much easier when no one knew he had come back... His eyes wandered over to the window, covered of course, he was nervous...no, he was worried. They knew who, or rather what, he was keeping in his home. Now, it was only a matter of whether or not they would act.

Yasmin smiled and walked over she stood behind michi and started to give her light pushes, so she could go higher.

When the pen he was holding snapped Riku froze. He hadn't been pushing on that pen at all, it shouldn't have broken like that. His eyes examined the splintered remains of the pen and then he shot from his seat, heading towrds the closest closet to grab a dark cloak to throw over himself. He had to find the girls...

The smile dropped from Michi's face as multiple figures clad in black cloaks suddenly surrounded her and Yasmin. The rest of the park was eerily quiet now, everybody seemed to have disappeared. She whimpered slightly and clutched at the fabric of Yasmin's clothes. who were they? Why were they here? One of them stepped forward, his breathing audible in the still air, "Hello there..." his voice was like a hiss of air escaping from a tank, deadly almost.
