" well of coarse, your a vampire none of you are supposed to be alive anymore" She said not getting what he was trying to say at all.

Riku sighed, his hand moving to cover his eyes, "That's not what I meant. And what do you mean? We will always exist, mostly in horror stories I believe." He paused for a few seconds, relaxing in the silence that filled the air, "You...do you know? I've been sealed for so long...a couple hundred years maybe..."

she shook her head " No" she said simply " why would i know? I've only just meet you a few days ago, and that with the intent to kill you" she spoke perfect sense.

"Of course...I forget sometimes." Riku moved his hand again, "Well I'm long overdue for those couple hundred years I've been sealed, you could say. What else?"

she shruged " still doesn't answer my qustion" she said as she stood up " you need anything?" she asked she her self was going to the corner store for some food.

"I think Michi would like some sweets...don't you?" Riku replied distracted by something on his bookcase seeing as he got up and walked over to it.

" sure" she said as she walked out of the room. simply figuring that he found something he had needed

Riku picked up the scrapbook that rested almost innocently against his other books. If he hadn't known better he would have thought that it had been there all along. But he did know better, this scrapbook...it hadn't been there before.

YAsmin left the house and walked down the streets she found the corner store quickly and picked up a few things before heading back.

Riku quietly settled back ontop of his bed and opened the scrapbook after checking it for magic residue, there was one. But it was a very familiar spell, one that only two people had ever known. Him being one...the other...long dead. He smiled sadly at the pictures on the first page, fingers stroking the old photographs.

Yasmin didn't know were or if she even had had a room she simply returned to Riku's one she got back.

Riku, too caught up in the scrapbook, didn't notice when Yasmin entered the room. Instead he turned the page to a new set of pictures and a small laugh escaped his lips.

at first Yasmin was relived. he was absorbed din his photo album better leave him alone then she heard the small laugh and became curious she walked over to him
hey, what are you looking at?" She asked politely.

Riku had the scrapbook closed and on his nightstand in less time then it took to blink, "A scrapbook." he replied. He was shocked, though it didn't show, he hadn't noticed Yasmin's entrance. "Did you need something?"

" no" She said lightly as she sat on the edge of his bed. she placed her hand on his forehead checking his temperature. still concerned over what had happened eailyer in the day.

Riku tensed at first when Yasmin's hand made contact with his forehead. And then he relaxed, her hand was soft and warm on his slightly cooler skin, "What are you doing?" he murmured, noting their close proximity.

" checking to see if you have a fever" She told him lightly before taking her hand back. he had been so cool to the touch. not clammy like she had always thought a vampire's skin felt like.

"I won't get sick like that." Riku laughed again, lightly. "It's getting late, you must be getting tired." Riku stood up and picked the scrapbook back up, "You can have my room."

she nodded " thank you, but were will you sleep?" She asked concerned if she was putting him out she would feel badly. This was his house after all.

"Actually, I think I'm going to be to...busy to be sleeping tonight. I have some things to catch up on..." Riku paused, then realized his words could be taken two different ways, "Paperwork and stuff you know? There's always some trouble with owning a big house and having large amounts living in it." he clarified.

she nodded, she hadn't even been thinking the other way, " Alright" She said lightly getting up again she thought perhaps it might be wise to go home and get some clothing. " I'll be back latter"

"Take your time." Riku murmured. She would come back, it was fine.

Yasmin wondered idly what would happen if she didn't come back? but she shrugged that would have to remain unknown, she would not leave that child alone with the vampires. It was a little later at night when she did return. she had packed a lot of her clothing and one or two leisure items. she left all of her weapons there...well except for one just in case.

Riku met Yasmin at the foot of the staircase when she entered the home, "Michi has been looking for you." he murmured, gesturing in the direction of the play area, "She wants you to read to her."

She nodded, " alright I'll see her once i put my bags down" She told him Heading for his room. she had a pack on her back and was carrying to other bags.
