Well its very good for your first time, you have a very good attention to detail already which is a great thing to have as an artist.
There's just a few things you want to remember when drawing clothes, hair, and anatomy in particular.
Clothes don't lay flat on your character, there should be folds around the waist under the chest, and the shoulder straps should rest slightly above the line for your shoulder.
The hair should be a little higher then the shape you used to mark the actual skull even when in a pony tail as it usually doesn't rest flat on the head.
Now anatomy wise, you might want to make the head a little bigger as it seems small for the body, make the shoulders smaller as they seem a bit too broad, widen the hips as they seem too thin( though it could just look that way because of the shoulders) and then thin out the calves. You also might want to pull the face down towards the chin to give her a little bit of a forehead between her eyes and her hair.
I can't literate enough how wonderful your attention to detail is, hold on to that as it will help you go many places. Don't be afraid to look up references when you are drawing to help keep everything in proportion.
