okay i am offical tired of this ive gotten multiple messages from moderators about things ranging from posting in the wrong forum to "double posting" this is stupid there is no reason that i should not be able to have multiple post on a thread that i made or any what so ever and by having the moderators add the two post together when they do not even sync with each other is retarded and just needs to stop this is a forum site so let others talk and if your so anal about how much gold is given out well make stuff to do other than tetris and modified verison of defend the castle and just get rid of asteroid all together and make this a menewsha site not a trip do gamer memory lane.......

Menewsha is a community site, not a gaming site. If you want to play games, Kongregate would suit you better.
Double-posting is allowed, in certain forums under certain circumstances. Menewsha is actually one of the few forums I frequent that allow double-posting at all.
If you have problems with how a moderator handles things, you should talk to a different moderator. The staff here are very reasonable. If that doesn't help, then try talking to someone higher up about your issues privately. Complaining here probably won't get you very far.

I'm sorry you feel this way, but as Keyori said, Menewsha is a site based on the community and the forums, not the games. Games are just an extra way to earn gold on a site that prides itself on the interaction between its users.
You have received two simple warnings -- both for things that are listed in the rules as not allowed. We like our rules on Mene, and expect our users to follow them. When you sign up for the site, you agree to abide by the rules and TOS. I'm sorry you've received warnings, but I'd recommend going through and reading the rules again so that you take them to heart and remember them.

I have an almost implacable urge to use the term butthurt. >< But I won't, past my mentioning it. ;)
Uhm...double posting does take a while to get used to. I'll give you that. But you're blowing this out of proportion. I, for example, came from a site where I'd bump freely to help get traffic for myf riends, so I know how you feel! But...it's not so bad. And if your thread's in the wrong place, just is. D= I don't know what to say past that.
Also, your title is totally out of order, jeez.

I've never been on a forum that allowed double-posting until Menewsha. I guess that's just how I like things to be (not spammy and still relevant). There's enough going on I think without people bumping topics. I also think that the circumstances that allow double-posting are a good middle-ground to the issue. Menewsha really nailed it ;D
I've also posted things in the wrong forum before (one or two topics I think), but the mods are nice about it as long as you're not making the same mistake over and over. Reading all of the site rules helps though ;)

I've got a site of my own and I wouldn't have appreciated double posting either. People make rules for a reason. I also would have moved you're post to the proper area, and probably warned you about it...if its the third or fourth time you've done it I would have yelled at you too. Anything beyond that and I personally ban people. I've never been a fan of bumping but I can see why some sites allow it, that mene does not is one of the many things I like about this site.
If your posts were unrelated, then why were you trying to post them right after the other on the same thread? Trying to start a dissing thread about a site isn't the most effective way to get your side of the story heard. If you don't like the way things are run and feel as if you aren't being heard privately by the higher ups, then why do you keep coming back? Not to be mean or anything, and if I'm out of line I apologize and understand if a moderator edits or removes my post entirely but no one is forcing you to visit here, if you don't like it leave.

There is an edit feature for a reason. If you have something more to say, then say it. If your two posts were on a different subject, then they either don't belong in the same thread, or you should post something saying, 'On another subject...' then what you want to say.
The moderators have ultimate say over the posts. If you are breaking the rules, they will let you know. They didn't make the rules, but they take their time to make sure everyone follows them, to ensure a good community.
