PEOPLE at work. They never fail to piss me off. I swear, the majority of people have an IQ drop of 10 points for every year they live here - makes me thankful for my neurological disorder; pain in the ass, but it seems to protect me from the waves of idiocy...

So we were closing. We let everyone KNOW we were closing. And we started closing procedures. So then this old guy came up and wanted to know how to check online to see the status of items he put on hold. Okay, sure, no big deal, fast enough.
The guy wouldn't listen to a word I said. And then it turned out he went and put in dates for a vacation he wasn't actually taking (thinking that he could make the MAIL work faster this way!) and they wouldn't clear - because the server didn't have TIME to register the changes. But he wouldn't accept that sometimes it takes several minutes for the changes to register - eventually I left it at "I'm sorry, but like we were saying earlier, we're about to close, so why don't you come back tomorrow and we'll work on this then? ^_^;"

By this point it was very difficult to be this polite rather than just scream in his ear, "LISTEN TO ME ALREADY!"

Then we had ANOTHER gem in line who was checking out a few books and movies. Luckily it wasn't a huge pile like we get very often, so she was fast enough to get in and out.
Or at least...through the line. She stayed, WATCHED me and the librarian run around frantically trying to close, and carried on a casual conversation with the OTHER guy in the middle of the very SMALL library. In our way, of course. But hell if either of them cared.

I hate people so very much sometimes. :headdesk:

Here it is, Saturday morning. It's still early. I get a text from my old supervisor, who got replaced, saying that I need to come into work at 1100... First of all, it's SATURDAY MORNING! Second of all, he's not my freakin supervisor anymore! But he acts like he is. And then he tries to tell the people that I'm in charge of what to do even though we are pretty much on the same level since he got "replaced". He is pissin me off so much, I want to tear his hair out and be like, "BACK OFF [email protected]%$%-, go run your own team and let me run mine!"

So... I don't know if I am even going in at 1100 then. Maybe I shall just ignore him.

I'm really into the Attack of the Fan Girls game but unfortunately my computer doesn't have enough processing power to prevent lag. It froze up twice and I was only on level 5. I get the feeling I'll never have a chance to get anywhere near the top score with my computer. :cry:

Same thing happens to me! Then all the little fangirls just slip right past the guards, like they aren't doing anything... slow, slow computer. I say it's nearly time to retire you *pats*


And I just found out that the person who is no-longer-my-supervisor has been trying to get me to come into work today so that I could do HIS work!!!! THAT LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there any way you could file a complaint? Since he's not really your supervisor anymore he can't fire you or anything right? My mom also has some supervisors who aren't doing their jobs right. I think she said that they made the schedules so that they get more work time than the other employees.

Well i guess I could in the civilian side but I'm in the Army. So this guy thinks that just because he outranks me he can tell me what to do. I took it up with my actual supervisor ( my squad leader) and she said that he was in the wrong and I didn't have to go. And if he doesn't get his work finished today, he has to come in tomorrow too. Haha, I know it's not nice to laugh, but this guy can really be a jerk.

Sounds like your Mom might want to put in a complaint herself. Especially now when hours are being cut and the holidays are coming up. You'd think it would be the opposite, that there was more work to be done~

My computer (On my mom's) stopped working two weeks ago and i have two projects due in three days.

Some Jocks stuck a lollypop in my hair. I didn't even know who they were.

My boyfriend had to cancel our date again for tonight.

I am addicted to harvest moon again.

And I found out i am probably not going to be able to go to the collage i wanted to get into.

Jocks are the toolbags of the world. THe sooner they figure that out, the better... Projects!? Egads! I hate homework, that's rough.. and when you have to deal with an addiction to a game balancing work becomes impossible. Until you cave and do it the night before it's due... Not suggesting you procrastinate that long, but Harvest Moon people! HARVEST MOON! I love that game.

Lol, I know. That thing that bugged me the most was they were all underclass. Im a senior this year, and get called a freshmen all the time. But im almost finished with one. Just have to hand draw everything. Not too bad. Chibi's fix everything^^ And i clicked your eggy^^

Well that's one good thing I got from being so tall. I'm like 6'1" tall.. so I was never called a freshman even when I was. Most people were scared to say something to me because they thought I was mean, but I think that I'm actually a nice person, unless you get on my bad side :S I can't be held accountable for what I do to you then >:)

Lol. Your lucky. Im only 5'2. It isn't short, but compaired to some people in school 5'10 is short.

The weird part is that I'm this tall and my sister is about 5'4". Blonde hair and blue eyes, kinda chubby... Total opposite of myself. AND she's a morning person, so that always used to annoy me. I'd be like, "There is no reason to be so happy at 0600" *grumble*

Wow that's a big difference. There si 7 years difference between me and my sister. I keep waiting for her to grow up and mature, just a little bit. It still hasn't happened. She still insists on trying to show off infront of my friends and fight me, when she knows that I can just hold her down on the ground until she gives in. lol

I have a 5 month old brother too. It weird. When I'm 40 he'll be leaving high school. 0_0

It's annoying me right now that it's taking so long to get one little picture done for squiby. I thoguth it would be easy, but when I go into the picture to try to "spiff" it up.. it is taking forever. I have the squiby page open and it's sitting there, looking at me like, "Are you ready to upload, YET!?"

Today's Rant:

I woke up extremely tired and warn out. Like I had never slept.
Then my mother calls and says she's coming to pick me up. So, I get in the car with her and she goes on about my (now ex) boyfriend.
I still can't take her crap and I explained to her that Him and I are on a "Break". and I haven't been capable of sleeping nicely and my appetite has been totally disrupted..

Its that time of the month.
