I think its great that the Strawhat crew beat the bad guys easily during the first arc their back since it shows how EPIC they've gotten. The next arc will show a little more difficulty since they'll be in the New World and all.

And I think Fishman Arc's finally done!!!! Party time~ :D

To me it doesn't feel like its done but I guess it is. The fighting went by really quick( the fighting did look awesome though) and I feel like the way Hody was defeated was blah. If you blinked you missed it cause truthfully I thought he was still able to fight and ran off after eating the rest of his pills but I was wrong and had to re-read to correct myself.

The part with the Sea Kings was TOO CUTE which is crazy to say since they are supposed to be the roughest monsters in the sea. I also can't wait to see the mystery behind Noah either. Even though this arc seemed to go by fast, or at least the fighting did, I really enjoyed it. It was a beautiful way to start off the Straw Hats adventures in the new world.

Does anyone here have any POPs(Portrait of Pirates)? I don't have any myself yet but I keep seeing pictures of the newest ones and they all look so goregous. I really want to own a couple though they are so pricey!!!

Yeah, I thought the fighting went by really quickly too. :O At least we got to see the Strawhats' new awesomenesses. I just sort of wonder where Franky's going to find the parts if he ever decides to build a new Franky machine or something on board. :XD

I hope now that Shirahoshi knows that she can talk to Sea Kings, she'll be able to learn how to use the ability better now. :)

Well basically POP's are action figures of One Piece but they are like high quality figures.
There is Shirahoshi, its one of the figures that just came out recently. I want it so bad!

I hope so too @ her powers. She would be able to defend her country a lot more in the future if they need it.

Yeah and everyone wants to buy her so her price is going to sky rocket too! And when I say expensive, they are like $60-$100 or something which to me is pricey. Not sure how others feel about that kind of price though.

They actually have a bunch of Ace. Different costumes and poses. I know they have one of Hancock too. I saw it at the store I mentioned a while back but I didn't want to buy her. Mainly cause I want my first POP to be one of my favorites.

Hm, depending on size, I think USD$60's an okay price. But that's just me and my obsession with pretty figures. :O

I don't like Hancock's personality, but she's the prettiest out of just looks alone to me. That, and I like snakes and she has snakes around her. :XD And Ace...well, he's my favorite character out of the series so yeah.

I want the entire Strawhat Crew dressed in their Unlimited Cruise outfits. Those were amazing. Either that or in their Strong World suits.

Hancock's hilariously mean and its just so much fun to see Luffy dash her hopes and dreams of marrying him. But I think Shirahoshi's the prettiest in all the sea now...

True, Shirahoshi's like the Hancock-equivalent in prettiness. :) I just hope soon she'll become stronger and cry less...

The last chapter, ugh so moving. I teared up a bit and I'm sure I'll cry buckets when that part happens in the anime.

So Jinbe might join the Strawhats! I'm still not sure if that will really happen though. I feel like he might decline because of his age or feel like he needs to stay behind to help Fishman Island. He might be a Strawhat in the sense of how Vivi is. Personally, I love Jinbe as a character but I'm not sure if I like the idea of him becoming part of the crew like the others. I feel like the level he is at doesn't mesh with the rest of the crew since they are all basically newbies while he was a freakin Shichibukai!

The part with Noah and the Sea Kings was super cool though the mystery wasn't fully explained! They dropped Noah off near the forest which has the Poneglyph in it. Could it be that when they said "their kind" they were talking about whatever ancient people lived before? I can't wait till the mystery of the Poneglyph's are explained. I've been interested in that since Robin first mentioned them!

I guess I find fighter-type girls to be cuter. :lol: Shirahoshi's cute too, she just cries a little too much.

Yeah, I'm not sure about Jinbei joining the Strawhats either. He's cool, but like Weech said, just doesn't seem to mesh. I'd probably prefer it if he were like Vivi, as a sort of 'honorary' Strawhat member.

And yes! Definitely curious as hell about the secrets to Noah. I have a feeling it wouldn't come up again until much later though...:sweat:
And where the hell did the wax guy go?! He probably figured the treasure was worth more than the mermaids, or that the treasure was easier to carry around or something, but I hope he gets what's coming soon...like say, the next chapter.

Yeah, I will be fine with Jinbe being an honorary Straw Hat. But in case he isn't, I'm sure I'll get used to it and Oda, like always, will pull something great and (hopefully) make me change my mind.

I know! I wonder how Caribou plans to make his escape with the treasure and how will he be caught. I really can't see him getting away with it. Franky will stumble upon him again like he did in the barrel or something.

I agree wholeheartedly with you guys. Jinbei's too strong; if he joined the Strawhats they'll be way to over powered. He needs to stay and help out Fishmen Island anyways.

I thought the creepy guy who kidnap the mermaids had the power over mud or swamp or something grosser than wax. Mr. 3 had that devil fruit power.

Huh, right. I forgot about that...maybe it's glue or something.

That kind of brings up a question...supposedly there are no repeat devil fruits out there, then what would happen if the person with the power dies? Would the demon be released and then sealed into a new fruit? If so, who's doing the sealing? @[email protected];

I think its mud or swamp but totally not glue. If it was glue, he would have glued everyone down on Sunny from the get go but all he really can do it make himself melt. I just went and checked cause I'm a loser and its swamp for sure.

Ugh the devil fruit, there is so little still explained about them though tons of people in One Piece use them. There can only be one type of each fruit at a time. So most likely when the user dies, a new fruit is made to re-host the power. How this process happens, I really have no clue. The devil fruit is just as big of a mystery as Poneglphy's and Noah.

Then Ace's power is up for grabs..... Hm~

That reminds me, did Vander Decken die? He looked pretty alive to me in the last chapter.

Yeah, hopefully one day, like with the Noah and the Poneglyphs, they will be explained. So many mysteries in the world of One Piece...:drool:

And Vander Decken's still alive, along with Hody. They got chained up in the last chapter looking pretty bashed up, but definitely still alive.

Looking at Hody from the last chapter felt like maybe, just maybe Hody's gonna rip those chains off him and going into a killing frenzy. And then the whole Strawhat Crew will beat him up one last time.

I hope this doesn't happen. The crew needs to rest and Fishmen Island needs to party.

Could be possible but I don't think so. Not with the whole blood part at the end. I think Fishman Island arc is basically over and now its time to see the New World! I can't waaaaiittt!!

Also, was anyone else bothered by the fact that Robin and Nami did NOTHING for the main battle? I know its cause they didn't have anyone to pair off with but it annoyed me every time I saw them standing to the side in a panel while everyone else fought. I hope Oda makes them have glorious battles in the future.

I brought that up because someone mentioned on a site how they hope the new Straw Hat isn't a girl if Jinbe doesn't join. I'm not sure how I feel about that, I feel like there are enough males on the crew and I wouldn't mind a new female. I just hope she is a total badass and hopefully there won't be any future battles of the gals standing around cause that makes me not want a new female in the crew if that keeps happening.

It didn't really bother me, mostly because I hadn't noticed their lack of participation in the fights. :XD;;
I don't really care about the gender for the next Strawhat crew member, as long as he or she kicks ass.

Just watched the newest episode and ugh Decken's voice is really really reallllyyy nice. I'm embarrassed to say this but I'm attracted to it even though I don't really like him. Now I can't wait till his parts just to hear his voice.

Also speaking of voices, Wadatsumi's voice was something I did NOT expect. When you see his character you expect like a really deep man voice. Oh no, instead its a squeaky little mouse voice. I would have busted out laughing when I first heard it if I wasn't in shock.

Well, Wadatsumi's personality fits with the voice.... I think they made a good call making his voice super squeaky to add more comedic effect. But damn, I doubled over laughing when I first heard it.
