haha i know! the only store we really have here in town is wal-mart. and it's always really busy and they never have enough cashiers. we have to drive two hours to go to any good stores lol. which we hardly ever do!!

Kansas is rather boring.... so flat, hardly any trees. >.< lol I can't say much though, I live in Oklahoma and it's pretty boring here too. lol

Hmm.. where was it that my husband lived. Oh yeah, it was called Turon. Ever heard of it? We got married in Topeka, just went up to the clerk of court. He blew bubbles when it was over lol.... KS... that's a place I'd never like to have to go back to, honestly. So, why do you live there? Born there? Just curious :D

Yup born and raised here. We live in Liberal. I'm ready to move, but both our parents live here so that'll never happen. I'd hate for my boys to go to the same schools we did. lol!

Oh wow. Yeah, I'd look into moving for sure, if I could. I'm in Tenessee right now. Its ok I guess, there's a lot more hills and trees than in KS that's for sure. I liked living in Pennsylvania. Its really really gorgeous this time of year. Especially in the mountains. The only thing I don't like about the mountains is driving in them. It scares the crap outa me... I always had nightmares that I'd be riding in the car with someone and they would be driving, all of a sudden we are on a mountain top and breaking through the guard rails, careening down the side of the mountain towards some lake or something.... yeah. Not my cup-o-tea.

Mountain driving is a bit scary.... I'm more afraid of other people driving... some people think they can go 80 mph around the curves... seriously. I'm always afraid they're going to over compensate and crash into me. D;

I just worry about old people hitting me. I don't know how many times I've said it but I think that once a person reaches a certain age they need to be re-tested on their driving skills by going through some extreme course. I've been run off the road and nearly hit by old people at least 5 times. And it gets a little old when they don't see you and then they do it again. Like they just expect people to get out of their way. *ugh* It's called mirrors, use em!!!

sounds really pretty! we have this tree in front of the apartments that is changing. it's pretty. wow that would be scary!! i've never been to the mountains before lol. i'd like to live somewhere that gets a lot of rain. and snow. haha. and that has more plants lol!! but i dont see us moving any time soon. its ok though, we depend on my mom and dad a lot.

But yeah, the mountains are amazing. I'm originally from Maine and every time I go back there I realize how beautiful it is up there. The only problem is that people who live in maine their whole lives are pretty much cut off from the rest of civilization, so they can be really weird... and pale. lol

It could be your kinda place. There is a lot of snow there. It starts snowing in like, september and doesn't stop until may.. lol. I picked up this little guy at squiby.net It's pretty nifty if I do say so myself. :D

You should, you should! NE is filled with like, old victorian places. My grandmother used to have a lake house, it was really nice. Sold it for like 90,000 and it was huge. Had like 5 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms, victorian style with a wrap around porch. Hmm.. the house next to that was where I developed my fear of spiders. Those creepy crawlies... *shudders and looks around* I know they are in here. So, better go on and show themselves. I might spare them if they do..... But probably not.

haha i'm gonna work on getting my hubby to move us up there now!!! i've never been up there either Cadiwyn. i think i'll adopt something lol!!

I'm not a big fan of spiders either. We've had a lot of the argiope ones around lately. I know they're harmless, but they still look scary. D;

That makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. I have no idea what kind of spider that is but it should stay far, far away from me and my house. When i came back from training there was a big one that was hanging out in between the bricks near the back door. I pointed it out and my hubby was like, "Oh, he's been there for like a week now and hasn't been bothering anyone, just let it be." I said ok, you know, live and let live. But then I was cleaning in the house and I found two brown recluses, like the worst type of spider ever! And they love to be in your house, how terrible is that? SO I squished them. Once they come inside they have officially crossed the line. As I was about to dump their bodies outside... I open the back door and the spider is right in the door jam, about to crawl under the door. Sorry pal, I had to do it. He was about to cross the line but he was already guilty by association... Yes. I am a spider squisher. I admit it.. :|

Yeah. I usually go to bed really early when my hubby isn't here to keep me awake. He can stay up all night watching tv and stuff. I was up til 12am here last night! I didn't even notice because I got really into posting and talking to people ><;

I saw the yellow pikmin on there! It was a little plant in a pot, is the red one different? I saw a few that I liked alot, so I might end up with more but I want to see what happens to these first. My yoshi is so cute though :squee: I almost got a yoshi tattoo a couple of weeks ago. I ended up getting a tribal shark and some tribal behind it though. I just couldn't decide where I'd put the yoshi so that it wouldn't interfere with the theme that I have going on already. Meh.

I actually bought a lot of stuff for it :S Spent all my money too. Some tattered sakura thingy, with a red skirt that you can't even see because it's covered by the sakura robe, a stringy barely there um.. thing... and a red tank to go over the barely there thing. I'll have to look to see what the name of it was.
