(Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I had no idea where to put it! ^^')
Anywho, is there a celebrity you feel close to for some reason or have a lot in common with or just have coincidences with him/her?
I am a big fan of Elvis Aaron Presley and wish I could say that I was his biggest fan, but I know there are people who would probably beat me, but he is one of my favorite stars!
I was watching an Elvis special honoring him and his work and I out that there was alot myself and my family had in common with the King!
1. First off, my whole family are fans, whether a big fan or a small fan. My mom is probably the biggest one, other than me.
2. Elvis's Birthday and Deathday are REALLY related to my brother and I.
My brother was born on the same Birth Date as Elvis and I was born on the day after Elvis's Death Date.
3. My great-grandfather died only a few weeks after Elvis died himself, so he also died in August. (yes, same year)
4. Elvis's Daughter, Lisa, has the same middle name as me, Marie.
5. Other little known fact: I was born in Las Vegas where Elvis is/was most famous!
6. As Elvis fans know, his home (Graceland) is now a museum/walk-through sorta thing. My family and I went there before I could even remember.
According to the people who run the place, I am the youngest baby EVER to visit Graceland. At that time, I was only about 1 month old!
Later that same year, Graceland was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on November 7.
7. The year that I turned 16 was the same year that was Elvis's 30th death anniversary.
8. My favorite Taiwanese band, F4, sung a song for Lilo and Stitch: Chinese version called "I Can't Help Falling in Love with You," a song made by Elvis.
I probably have or will have more in common with the legend, but for now, that's all I know.
