Good Evening everyone.

My name is Raven and I just happen to see this site on Facebook and decided to see what it is all about. It looks pretty cool. Well, anyway...I'm 32 years old. Let's see what I can say about myself...mmm....well:

I love to read books. I've read the Lord of the Rings Trilogy books and The History of Middle-earth books as well. VERY cool. I especially love to read The Silmarillion...that is my favorite. I have 3 different books on Edgar Allan Poe: The Complete Works that means the novels, short stories and poems. My favorites in there are The Black Cat, The Pit and the Pendulum, The Raven and Annabelle Lee. I also have books on The Illiad which I haven't read yet...but I'm planning on it. I also have a book on Charles Dickens: A Christmas Carol. The Edgar Allan Poe books usually take be between 4 - 5 months to read...yes...you read it right...it takes me that long cause I have to work and plus I do things around the house. But the J.R.R. Tolkien books take me between a month to 2 months to finish 1 or 2 books.

I love to listen to music. My genre for music is: Country, oldies, pop, r & b, rock, some classical, Enya, Yanni, Irish music, soundtracks and now I listen to some Japanese artists.

My favorite hobby is painting. No...I don't mean painting a picture...I mean painting figurines. Well, these figurines are made from plaster and they are of my favorite creatures: Dragons. I have painted about 8 of them. I collect them and then post what they look like on my profiles. They are on my Myspace and my Facebook profiles. I have gotten a LOT of people commenting on them and saying the like them. I am thinking eventually of buying more...or even going further and buy others that aren't related to Dragons. And if anyone should ask...no I'm not selling them. Many people ask me if they are for sale and I say "no".

I love to watch movies but it depends on the movies. I won't watch any horror, and romance movies. They either scare me or bore me to death. I love some Disney cartoon movies as well. Cars movies bore me. I'm not into them. My favorite movies are: Stargate, LOTR trilogy, POTC trilogy, The Night at the Museum, Eragon, Fantasia, The Last Unicorn, The X-Files, The Wedding Planner, While You Were Sleeping.

My favorite tv shows are: Stargate SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, The Pretender, SeaQuest DSV/2032, Mutant X, MacGyver, The X-Files, Time Trax, CSI: NY, Ghost Hunters, Dog Whisperer

Just recently got into Japanese Anime earlier this year. My favorite animes that I've seen are: Full Metal Alchemist, The Cat Returns, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, Bleach, Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, Princess Princess, .hack//SIGN, .hack//Roots, .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Heroic Age, Aquarion, Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Final Fantasy Advent Children, Moribito, Death Note, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Loveless, Gravitation, 07 Ghost, Ai Yori Aoshi, Air, Agent Aika, Aishiteruze Baby, Code Geass and Code Geass R2, Sailor Moon, Wolf's Rain....there are many more dubbed and subbed anime out there that I'm eventually going to start to watch.

I'm even thinking of looking into some manga as seeing I've been buying Shonen Jump magazine and have gotten into some of the manga in there. I've seen many out there...so I've got to choose which ones I want to read.

Well, I can't think of anything else to say. Sorry that this post was sooo long but I figured I'd put in what I'm into and what I like. Maybe there are people here that are into the same things I am.
