Well...I love to read. I write and draw, though I'm not very good at either one xD
I have a serious addiction to Manga and Anime.
I am something of a Star Trek nerd. Though I probably shouldn't say that out loud ^^;;
And I am a Gamer and Computer Geek. I am currently playing Perfect World and Jade Dynasty. I prefer RPG's and action type games, but I'll try anything once.
I also collect music. All genres, all types. I have music for every possible mood a person could be in.

...I hope that's not too jumbled @[email protected] I'm rather hyper lol.

Hi! You sound like a lot of fun! And there's absolutely nothing wrong with liking Star Trek. I don't really consider myself a trekkie, but I DO love the original series and the movies. It just doesn't seem like Star Trek to me without Kirk. My favorite episode is, of course, The Trouble With Tribbles. Those things are just adorable! I should really try watching the ones with Picard and those guys, but I hate commercials so it's hard to do. I should find it playing and just DVR it and watch them that way. Ok, a little too much Star Trek talk, huh ?!

And don't worry about being hyper. It seems my happy, hyper, and loud self seems to aggravate people I know in real life, but I just keep on being me.

Gaming. I went looking for games to play online once I got bored with zOMG. My son likes Maplestory, and I play that one now when I decide to play. I know I tried Perfect World, but can't remember much about it. If you like that one, you might want to try DOMO (Dreams of Mirrors Online). I really liked it, but couldn't adjust to the 3D type thing. My son really wants to play it, but the computer he uses isn't up to par for it and it won't play and I refuse to give up MINE for him !

I hope you'll stick around here-I think you'll like us! (Wow-did I just ramble on a bit?!)

I've seen that episode. Poor Kirk gets a bit overrun with the furry little guys xD
I started a bit odd with my foray into the world of Star Trek. I watched a good bit of the original series with dad when I was a kid. TNG was the first series that I watched from beginning to end. I've watched Voyager and DS9 as well. But the Original Series has always been and always will be my favorite. I'm like you in a way...it's just not the same unless Kirk and Spock are on that ship. :3

Hopefully soon I'll be able to get the DVD's of the series.

And lol xD I just put a new card in my system so that helped with the gaming. Thanks for the suggestion. I will go take a peek at it ^.^
My sister got me into Perfect World. It took a bit to get used to but it's good. Better when playing amongst friends, as the bosses and dungeons are hard as heck to solo. My only real gripe is the leveling. @[email protected] If you are the type to level by bashing baddies all day, you won't make much progress. Questing is essential.

....and now i'm rambling...lol

Ramble away-I do! Yup, it's just not the same without Kirk, and Spock, and Scotty, and, well, you get the point. That's why I liked that one movie, I think it was Generations, because it brought him back-briefly, but it brought him into it. And of course, he saves the day. I wish I could get the series. I DVR'd a lot of the original episodes and put them on DVD, so it comes close.

I keep thinking I should at least upgrade my son's with a new card, but I just haven't had a lot of extra to spare this year. And he's such a Maplestory freak that it's not really holding him back. I like solo'ing-I work better alone. I did have two good friends/crewmates when playing zOMG for a while, but for some reason they went poof out of the blue one day-locked their profiles and one even said on their profile message thing that they were playing on mules. It was really weird. That turned me off even more of having crewmates in games. I also like fighting up close with the baddies. Quests are cool, but all that running around gets to me. I think I would have really liked DOMO if I could have gotten used to the 3D aspect of it. I can't remember what it's called, but my character was one of the race that has the tails-they are absolutely adorable! And you can make them do all kinds of things when just standing around and they look so graceful and nice!

@ Infinitys Echo: I'm with you there. I like to be able to solo, and not be dependent on other folks. I never really got into zOMG, though I do occasionally still hop in. It's changed a good bit. But there again, the bosses are such that you have to have a crew 99.9% of the time, or your toast. I just like to solo dangnit >.<! It's harder that way, but eh. It's preference. Not everyone likes running around in a herd xD

And it was Generations :3 Him and Picard were trapped in the nexus together and Kirk saves the day while Picard does his thing to stop said nexus. But of course, Kirk gets hurt and dies in the end. Again. Which I don't suppose, since he was pulled in the nexus when the ship was torn in the beginning, he ever really died o.O....

@desertedblade: I tend to be picky too. ^^; It really just depends on what I am in the mood to read at the time. I like Fruits Basket, Fullmetal Alchemist, Ramna 1/2, Azumanga Daioh, YuYu Hakusho, Inuyashu. I tend to lean toward what suits my mood at the time.
