I was a gaian for a very looong time! After a few years though everything just became redundant. Kinda left for a few months after i was tired of it and eventually found meneswha :)

Gaia just annoys me.. It isn't what it used to be, it is too hard to get money unless you open an art shop or something, and most people on theer are immature punks. >:I

Plus, I just never got into it, especially after it changed.. I tried joining it various times, because I would forget my account after being gone for so long lol, and then a few days later I would just forget about it or just quit from getting fed up with how things are on there. >3>;

Menewsha, though, is a different story. I like it wayyyy better than any of the other avatar sites. Plus, the art on here isn't annoying to me. I like it<3 C':

I finally left the site for a good 2 weeks ago. I got hacked 3 times on 2 accounts in a weeks time. I can't even ask a question without being treated like crap from anyone on the forums. No one really helps you and there are too many posers for my liking. Plus the place is getting more and more corrupt by the day. First it was the offers for cash, then the virus that came with some of the offers that went against their own rules, then the virus' from their own ads, then the inapporpiate ads on their own site they allowed. Then I find out they are getting rid of all cigarette and cigar items on the entire site to make your cyber body clean.
I think it might be a slightly good idea for the stupid kids, but also really stupid at the same time. That whole site is corrupt and is for posers and I really don't like it.

I actually am more addicted to Mene than Gaia as of right now. I only go on Gaia if I even remembered or I want to change my avatar. But other than that...I barley go on. I waste so much money on that site too. Okay, I barley wasted money but...shit people waste money for me to be happy on that site. I feel a little bit sad that I left the people behind there. Oh well...nobody talks to me there anyways.

I did have a gaia account yes. I hated it there though, I saw an add for here and decided to check it out. Luckily it was much better than I expected so in a way I have to thank gaia for the fact that I am an active menewshan :D

I was on there once but the forum environment was rude, disrespectful, spammy and inappropriate. And when I went back after a while just for the hell of it my hard worked on profile was destroyed by a new layout.

I was on Gaia for like, 3 or 4 years before Mene. xP
I loved it until I was unfairly banned.
Then...I gave up on it & joined menewsha.

This is now my home whenever I'm online. v.v

I have a gaia, I'm on and off of it a lot. It bores me.. plus all they care about is money.. everything's so expensive now its ridicules. I agree on the adds thing too. There were a lot of ads that wer against their own rules and such.. and the annoying 'extenze' ones..:angry:

I wasn't on there for very long before I quit. I used to be addicted to Gaia and absolutely loved it. I feel differently now. Tons of people were rude and there was way too much hacking going on. The mods were practically never on, so lots of things that are against the rules have been gotten away with. I understand that that's a big site and they need money to run it, but it seemed like they were over doing it just a little. That place is chaos, but it was kinda fun. Then I discovered this place and instantly loved it. ^^

I used to be on Gaia. I played on it for years. Then it started getting boring. So I went on to different sights. And finally here I am! :D

I still go there every now and then.
Just to check up on things, lol.

I too was once a gaian. I only go on the site now to fiddle with my avatar from time to time. I've had many, many, many user names. My current on Gaia is D ii N 0 S A R. I've also gone by `A N T I Q U E Bou, Lastest Fashion, Blue Aqua Crystal, and too many more to count. I was a compulsive username changer. xD But, yeah. If you wanna look me up on there look for D ii N 0 S A R. As probably most others, I got tired of the n00bs who started to flood Gaia after they started advertising like crazy and raking in all the cash. It was at least bearable before that. I started playing when I was about 13 or 14. It's amazing how after years of dedication to a website you can be pushed away by cybering newblets around every corner, flamers out the wazzo and trolling ever which way. It seems like the site got to the point that they can barely handle everyone that's screwing things up for everyone else and they really don't seem to care.

I used to go on Gaia all the time to RP but it became so hard to find a good RP that I went on less and less. Then I found a decent one and I made some friends and we talked and RPed together for over a year then one just stopped going on Gaia and the other moved on to more "literate" RPs. I tried RPing on my own on Gaia for a few months but people wouldn't stick with it. The RP I was in where I met my friends went up to 70 pages. After that year I couldn't find one that would go up to 10. So, I gave up on Gaia. I think if I could find some really good RPs again I might go back to Gaia regularly but only then.
I like Menewsha more, even though I only joined a few days ago, because everyone has been really friendly and I like the gold system. Plus, I love the classic games. Though I do miss all my items in Gaia, I can get more stuff here.

i am on gaia as Ameika but i just got tired of having a bunch of friends that were way to youndg to be my friends and not only that everyone stopped rping up there so i just stopped getting on so much because of the fact that no one ever really got up there except for really young kids.

I'm still on Gaia, it's a love/hate kind of thing. I'm mostly on for my friends, but there are so many jerks on Gaia. The people are waaay nicer here, and there aren't idiots running around free. =/ The events are also better here, much more fun. It's getting kinda boring on Gaia, but I still like it there. I'll probably stay a while longer. =3
