@Ki-chan: Join the military. Sure the life of military doesn't sound appealing but the Air Force isn't so bad, people don't die as much as others make it out to be, just because we deploy doesn't mean we're in definite danger. you'll have a place to live, free food, and definite pay every 2 weeks.

:( that's too bad, I don't see any reason for someone to not join the military for religious reasons but I don't know all the faiths or anything about em so w/e I'm not the least bit religious so none of that bothers me..

It'd take me a long time to explain it.
But it's based on the fact that I have no support for human governments, as they will be rendered obsolete in the near future.
That and I don't endorse any human organization or any organization that involves manslaughter. Wars and fighting don't bring about peace or solve the world's problems.

I expect some religions are completely against the taking of another human's life, so that could be a reason. Or maybe the entire concept of military goes against their teachings. You never know, and there are so many religions out there that I'm sure more than one has quarrel with the idea.

@Cookie-chan: yea XD she had started to get used to it senior year but after I left for a while the next time I was around she wasn't used to it any more.... what really pisses her off is that I'm not ticklish anywhere on my body and I'm not the least bit jumpy so she can't get revenge on me XD

I don't think war and fighting can solve anything, I just joined because the government will pay for my college in full, give me a home, food, and money to do with as I see fit, so I think the benefits are nice.

I have four sets, but really really want a couple more commons, I am greedy.

Yamiko- pets get out a lot around here or are abandoned. either or. xD

but yeah xD we usually end up getting them and having to lead them away from the house if they are grown. My Soldier(one of my 3 dogs) does not like strange grown dogs and men coming near his home. xD He looks a little violent when it happens. unless I am holding him x.x I swear this viciousneess looks more serious than it is... xD he has never hurt anything.
