Siipu ~ Have you ever heard of Polyphasic sleeping, or another name for it is 'the uberman' sleep schedual? The idea is that you sleep for like 20-30 minutes every four hours or so as opposed to one long stretch. It's difficult to switch over to, but apparently it has a lot of benefits, just very hard to maintain.

Wow, I want to try that, I just sleep for a few hours and get exausted throughout the day. It's a much less healthy sleep pattern but it's all I ever get...
