She dare not refuse as she tried to calm herself. "I'd be honored." Her eyes went to his as the shaking human took his arm. Sikura still blushed as she tried to regain some composure over herself. The thoughts of what she would do at this dance was much different than what she was actually doing.

Penelope glared down the prince as he strode away. She had herd his comment to Talon and was completly repulsed and disgusted with him. She watched as he approched a simple human. She didnt hate them infct she sort of ravled at their unique movements andways of life. She did fins some to be beautiful in their own way, and this particular human was deffinatly beautiful.
"Disgusting pig!" She managed to cholk out before Zeak covered her mouth and scolded her. "I cannot stand here and not feel the way i do!" She stated with a small stamp of her foot. She knew Talon was just infront of her but could tell hewasnt going to be the one to sturr up truble tonight. If anything she felt one of the lesser demons was going to start something later.

"You musent act out! Your here on diplomatic terms and you must ACT presentabule!" Zeack continued to scold as he kept an eye on Talon whom was preocupied with examinig the room. as his eyes befell Penelope and himself Zeak straghtened and gazed upon the blue eye. Something he felt was a burden to the other man for he had shut both his eyes and reopened them Not to mention that eye was coverd by a patch when they first encounterd one another.

"O-oh I-im sorry i was side tracted my self!"penelope admitted as She felt talon take her hand and kiss it. He was being rather respectfull for a Demon. It made her glad in a way that some one so tall and scary was being kind and gentle. "I am very happy that you are acting out of your normal self on my behalf!" Penleope stated knowing this cant be the normal mannor of a man with strong, caloused hands. "It reasurs me that this may not be a comeplete and total waist!" She added with a small sigh.

Damien smiled gently as he escorted her to the dance floor. He wrapped one arm around her waist and the other took her hand as a smooth waltz like song started. He looked into her eyes, thinking of how badly he wanted her to join him. He had tons of time on his hands to wait, but knew he had to take her before she aged and lost the beauty which attracted him so. He grinned at his thoughts.

It was a good choice bringing Talon. Father will be pleased with him at least for doing a job I could not do, but if I can bring this human back with me, he may be proud that I may in fact settle down. His face showed a startled expression at the last of his thoughts but he regained himself. "You are very brave to accept a dance with one such as me." He said lightly.

Well, its a nice surprise to see prince demon dance with a mere human, sure she was unique compared to the usual, but still, a demon dancing with a human. Penelope (which angel doesnt know the princess) Seemed to lose her patience, boredom maybe? Who knows...

Her eyes stayed with his as she continued to blush. "Well, I wouldn't dare reject royalty, sir." Sikura said as she felt his hand on her hip. She looked at him as she danced gracefully and harmoniously with him. The thoughts running thourgh her head were the opposite of his. "Maybe after this dance he'll leave me alone."

I put off my hood, showing my pretty purple locks again and figured i should ask the princess whats the matter, maybe its something important to me too. So i made my way through the dancing people (lucky im pretty slim) to the princess, bowing in front of her
'Is there something particurarely troublesome going through your mind, princess?' i asked gently, with a bit of child like curiosity, before standing straight.

Damien frowned. He could tell she didn't want to be close to him like this. "What is the matter? Are you that afraid of me that you wish to not be near me? I will not hurt you!" He said calmly as the song continued on. "Tell me to prove it and I shall. Ask for the stars themselves and I will pluck each one from the sky and give them to you." He was surprised at his own comitment and hoped none of his people were close enough to hear him be soo out of character. "Please. I wish to get to know you better..." He cooed gently.

Penelope found herself being bowed upon once again by another Angel. It surpried her that so many were comming to her but it didnt bother her. Knowing that all these angels were here made her feel a bit more confertabul and reasured. She gave a small nodd to this Angle. They hadent given their name so she wasnt sure on how to address this person.
"Oh um nothings bothering me!" She said with a small glance up at Zeak. he was too concentrated on Talon. Perhaps thinking or remembering. reguardless he was being no help. "Im just a little bord is all, Irritated and....." She breathed a sigh as she spoke. "i want to go home..." She gave a glance at the prince who seemed to be wooing the human. "expecally if some one isnt going to at least try and make peace!" Penelope let out an exaperated and dissapointed sigh. She was in no way interested in communicating with the Prince and was glad to see that he was FAR away from her, But it did make her upset that he didnt want to end this tedous war and make both their parents shut up.

As Phoenix watched she realized she had better play her part as well. She got up and made her way up to her room. She opened her trunk and gently pulled the dress out. She couldn't but admire how pretty it was. If she ever wished to be beautiful it would only be to show off this work of art in her hands. She felt a slight twinge of guilt that a being so plain as herself would take away some of it's beauty. Phoenix pushed the thought away and replaced her previous clothing with the gown. She even did a bit of face paint, but not much, and added the accessories.

She stood in front of the full length mirror to see her handy work. The gown was made of a shimmery fabric of an off white cream color that matched her good wing perfectly. The seamstress had added a stripes of metallic fabric in a delightful pattern that started from her right mechanical wing area and worked it's way down and to the left wrapping around her body.

The accessories were made of a metal that was the same color of her metal wing, rubies and feathers from her own wing. The necklace and earrings were small drops of ruby. Her hair clip was the same metal design on her wing with a ruby in the center and two of her smaller off white cream colored feathers shooting from the corner. It matched her odd nature well and made her look much more feminine than normal. The dress had been worth the price and it even made her look pretty which was no small task in her mind.

She made her real entrance now as she re-entered the dance hall. Phoenix could not help but have a small smile on her face. It was a rare treat to wear such an item. She approached one of the male human delegates and asked him to dance. She was graceful and posed on the dance floor. For Phoenix dancing was something akin to flying and she excelled at flying.

Talon was about to reply when he noticed the priestess looking angel approach the Princess, so instead he kept silent. He didn't exactly appreciate the heir of Hell being called a disgusting pig, especially by an angel and the Princess at that. He glanced at Zeak and notice he was being watched by him. Calmly he once again closed his eyes and opened them a moment later. His gaze now fully on the male angel. "If you have something you wish to say, then say it and cease staring at me like a love sick human it's...disturbing..." he said quietly. His tone wasn't really one meant to give offense to the angel, but it was to alert him of his staring. He knew full well that his blue eye had perhaps become a focus point now, which made Talon more aware of it than he already was.

His gaze and his eyes could be mistaken as being a rather intimidating one, however this too was not his intent. He had no desire to cause trouble, at least none that would be major, it was simply that it was more comfortable for him with the pain. His gaze drifted from the male angel and went to his Prince. A quick but calm smirk appeared on his face for a few moments. Even though he was not within ear shot he knew full well that Damien was treating this human slightly different than the previous two of the evening, but that was his Prince's choice and Hell forbid that he would interfere with it. Besides he looked like he was enjoying himself better now and Talon knew full well that, that would be for the best if this peace treaty were to be made.

His gaze then sought out Alana, taking note of her location still, and then Guriel. He still hadn't seen the ancient angel for a small while, though he knew that it would be somewhere around here. The room was filled with more lower angels and demons who arrived late, so it didn't surprise him that he hadn't spotted the angel again yet. His gaze then went to the enterance and too the re-entering half mechanical angel from before. She looked more charming than before as Talon took note that she had changed her attire. It was a rather lovely dress and did make the angel appear more feminine with it, although it still hadn't changed Talon's opinion of the angel. He was still intrigued as he had been before despite the angel's new charm.

While Phoenix had been dancing she thought she caught a glance from Talon but she couldn't be sure. After the dance ended she thanked the man and made a decision. This was a peace treaty and they had to have contact with each other if talks were ever going to happen.

Walking forward she stopped where the princess, Zeak and Talon were. She bowed lightly addressing her Princess first and then said to him, "Sir Talon perhaps some time this evening we could share a dance." She was sure the Princess wanted to dance with him first so she only offered for later on. She did not really wish to dance with the demons but out of all of them Talon had her respect. He was a talented and intelligent man that she was sure of. One did not make it as far as he had without being so.

Sikura blushed as he spoke those words to her. No one had ever offered her anything. Even her own father made her work for what she wanted. Her eyes softened and a subtle smile appeared on her lips as she moved a little closer to the Prince of Hell. "I wish for one thing, your majesty." She spoke softly as she swayed to the music with him. "Peace between heaven and hell. So that no other blood shall for the reason of war." the human was scared of his response, hoping not to have angered him.

The song ended, yet Damien held her close blinking slightly. "Is that truly what you want? Out of everything you want peace between Heaven and Hell...." He was confused. That was the one thing he didn't want The one thing that he enjoyed most was the feel of battle, the cries of the dying Angels at his finger tips. He knew his father wanted it for what ever reason, but...He shook his head. "Are you sure?" He asked again. He needed time to think so asking her such a simple question would give him that time.

Her eyes went to their hands as she nodded. "It is a battle that has gone on too long. Plus, if you didn't have to fight, you'd be able to come see me." Sikura said as she moved her hand from his shoulder to touch his warm cheek. She smiled as sweetly as she could. "I know it is too much for me to ask for. But that is the only I want."

Damien flinched at her touch, thinking she was going to hit him. "I could see you anyway! Im the Prince of Hell! Angel's wouldn't hurt you in the war. God wouldn't let them and none of my people would harm you anyway. What would I get out of this treaty?!" He backed away. "How do I know you would want to see me after I make the agreement? Human's are known liars and almost as good as the demons they soon become do to their greed and other such habits!" His wings furled out. "Are you playing with me human?"

She listened to him and closed her eyes before running away from him. Sikura shook her head as she ran towards the abandoned garden. Her tears were the only trail she left as thistles and dead tree braches scratched at her skin and dress. "Serves me right for getting to close to a demon...especially the prince." A root tripped her as she reached the old gazebo with it's rotting roof and broken railings.

Damien blinked and was confused. He looked around for a dead body but saw none so couldn't understand why she ran away crying. With all the demons around she could get hurt. He walked camly after her till he was outside then he too to the air He saw her running and flew quickly, landing on the gazebo just in time to catch her. "Hey! Why are you crying? is there a dead body somewhere?" He wiped away her tears, unsure why she was crying. "I didn't see any....Are you hurt? "He checked her over and brushed off some twigs and things, picking out leaves from her hair.

Her eyes stayed closed as he looked her over and spoke to her. Sikura shivered from the night's air as she stood there near him, no other place to go. "You got angry at me and I got scared so I left......" She blushed as she opened her eyes in time for a tear to fall down her cheek. "Why would you come after me when there were other girls more beautiful than me? When there are more important people than me? After you just accused me of toying with you?"

"I'm not good at being polite ok?" He rand his fingers through his hair as he noticed her shivering and wrapped his wings around her, sheilding her from the wind. "I've never actually talked to a human before and I just assumed all humans were like the demons I deal with everyday. I'm...." He tried hard to think of the word. He knew he had heard it. "S..sorry? Is that the word?"

Damien sighed and held her close. "I didn't mean to get angry at you. It's just means that if I make peace with these Angels, my fun is gone. I'm a demon you know so killing them and making them suffer is kind of a hobby." He knew that that would scare her but he was a Demon for Lucifers sake! He's suppose to be scary!

"I came after you because, well frankly, I have never seen someone as radient as you. Sure angels radiate but their too vain to actually care about anything other than themselves and serving god. What a horrible existance! Their not eve suppose to be allowed to talk to humans! How are you suppose to protect something if you cant even touch it! Pathetic!" He laughed but then stopped realizing she might not think that was very funny.

"I..I just want to know what would I get out of having a treaty? Its why I don't want one....I get nothing... Sure God gets the peace he wants and my dad is happy but my funs gone... What wil I have to look foreward to?"

Sikura looked up at him and blushed as he wrapped his wings around her. Her eyes closed as she stood close to him because he was so warm. She nodded as she listened to his side of the story. The poor guy was just bored as hell! The innocent human looked up at him as she placed a hand on his chest. "I'm sorry. I do not know what you'd get out of the treaty. From now on, I'll just keep my mouth shut." She said softly as she closed her eyes.

"No no no! It's ok little Dove!" He smiled as she placed a hand on his chest. "You can talk. I know it would make you happy not to have the bloodshed, but...I need something to DO!!!" He sighed. "I can promise you protection for now, until we see how this treaty goes. My best friend is taking care of it since the princess seems to find him nicer." He laughed at such a statement.

She nodded as she giggled a little, agreeing with the princess. "I'd like it if you would protect me." Sikura blushed as she looked up at him. Her pink lips looked so soft in the moonlight.

Damien leaned down and kissed her. It was different from all the other kisses he had ever given to wome before. He had truely fallen for her. "Come. Let us return to the dance before anyone misses us, and you catch a cold." He held her tight as he flew into the sky to avoid having to walk. He flew smoothly so as to not shock her too much.

A few minutes later they had landed back near the castle, only ust haing to walk in. "You will be safe, no matter what. That small back rose on the back of your hand means you hae been marked by the Prince. No one will touch you...at least on my side and death to the Angel who even thinks of it!" His eyes flared at the thought of someone touching her..other than himself. He looked around for Talon but couldn't spot him easily in such a huge crowd.

He looked back at her. "Little Dove...when this is over, I would like you to come back with me, and be a Princess in your own right! I'm sure that would make any father happy! Think about it will you?" He led her to a seat to sit and get warm. He bowed and disappeared int the crowd as he headed towards Talon.

'understood princess, lets hope this evening ends with peace.' I gently smiled.
'well then excuse me, and please enjoy the evening.' i said before dissapearing in the crowd again

having heard thw whole thing, I wouldnt be that great of an observer if i cant overhear conversations right?, i was quite happy. Well the demons will maybe be at the side of the humans somehow now, and the humans were already at the side of the angels, now a direct bonding for the angels and the demons and were a triangle, each point connected to each other individually. Then again, the human should accept, but yeah... for a human to marry the prince? will be quite the decision, I hope she accepts... but let her heart figure it all out, i dont think a love at first sight thing is that durable though... but who knows?

Penelope allowed this angel to leave her. She wasnt sure on what she should do next. perhaps a small talk with the Prince would do both of them good. She didnt care what he did with his personal life so long as She was kept out of it. but their was a serious war going on and...... "Thats it!" penelope exclaimed with a wide grin on her face.

Zeak turned his attenchion from talon and down at his princess. She had said something in a very excited tone andwas giving a pleased grin towards where she coul see the prince of evil. "What is the matter Princess Penelope!?" he asked being formal for a change.

"Oh nothing i just had a wonderful thought!" Penelope stated before she snatched Talons hand Rather bravly. "their no point in delaying things!" She stated as she glanced up at the man. "i hope im not being too forward with you but i have some business i want to get to before your Prince dissapers!"
