Now I have Claire up... actually named it after a story I wrote called clairvoyant.. I am hoping that it turns out to look like the monsters in my story..

Silenia-sama- Do you know some of the most frustrating dreams i've had was when I was trying to code websites in my sleep? For one, you can't really read in your sleep, reading and dreaming are on opposite sides of the brain. However I can read as much as I can get IN ONE GLANCE, like a freeway exit sign with a number or the sign for an establishment. However if I look back it will be gone and different. So imagine my poor attempts and coding a website when everything keeps changing on it's own. Drives me batty!

Er, to be more specific those are things I've tried to do in my sleep, in my head alone.

When I took ambien when it first came out, I had all kinds of seeing things, disorientation, and amnesia. They've now figured out that people have made sleep-phone calls, gained weight by sleep-eating, had sleep sex, and have gone sleep-driving... and not remember it.

One time my best friend had to hold my small ass frame down in my own dorm bed for FOUR BLOODY HOURS to keep me from chasing things around the room that weren't there. I was also confused, asking "Who was locking me in?" (sounds like something a kindergartener would say), but I don't remember... I do remember when I finally reached lucidity I wanted to go visit the butterflies (which were extreme distortions of the little green lights on the front of my laptop) and I made him promise me (for NOT the first time) to tell me everything in an email because I would be bound to forget.

Bet that beats what you've done, too... not that we're competing at whose sleep is crazier...

[Edit] Well, Silenia-Sama runs the huge crazy charity AND is the Goddess of Silly Creepiness, and she ALWAYS insists that Clair must be equal to Silenia, so therefore, Clair is Clair-Sama. -nod-

I have never done something crazy like that.. The worst for me was going to sleep in my bed and then waking up, upstairs in my mom's room... That was weird..

I've discovered (mostly through what other people have noticed) that the generic ambien isn't as bad as the brand in terms of the side effects. One time when I was on it, I had my microwave under my bed for space reasons... I had my arm hanging over my bed and I was like "Dude, I have SIX FINGERS!" and then I sat there and isolated each finger by wiggling them one at a time to figure out WHICH ONE was doubling.

See, the whole ambien thing could be fun... if you could remember it. Seriously, 95% of my trips/shenanigans I have only the vaguest, vaguest memories of and was mostly told what I said and did by other people, which I didn't like.

I've never NEVER even been that blitzed by alcohol.

Oh, I know. What is bad too is when you are dreaming that you are writing up complete schedules for your charity funds... again and again and again. xD As if I don't do that enough when I'm awake. xD

They also have herbal headache remedies... scented oils that you rub on your temples. I just thought it would be funny to endorse drugs after I just got done ranting about how evil they are.
