White: me neither, I just dress in the clothes that I think looks good on me, that most of that is punk, gothic and gothic lolita, well I don't know why, must just be who I feel I am xD

@Retro That sounds interesting. How much do you have to read today?

@amulet~ lol... it's not as bad as Bernard Bailyn's The Origins of American Politics... but *shrug* history books will be that way.
@Luna~ don't know how much I have to read today in particular, just have to finish it by the next test... and now is as good a time as any to get a good start on it.
I too dress kinda boyish and punky... not as bad as I used to be in high school where I was like Grunge and gutterpunky and all that... atleast now I wear girls pants sometimes.

@Kitty: Eh, I grew up in skirts so have come to dislike them. Although I've lately been getting back to my "girly" side. >_<
@Mei: lol, that works. I mostly dress in what's comfortable and useful persay.
Yeah, what I'm finding rather interesting is that half of the younger/teenager generation is moving slightly towards that. Emo/scene and punk is getting to be "popular" now. No really, I need to stop wandering in stores now cause it's making me slightly mad. Cause all I can think is "posers" :P

Haha I am actually getting on TV the 18th because I dress weird XD Still makes me laugh.
White: I don't really like the new punk stuff, it's not real punk, whatever became of the anarchism, thrift stores and home-made/ruined clothing anyway?

Yeah... I'm a history major... I still fall asleep during some of my reading. I'm way better at getting through the more culturally stuff... but the economic and political is awful.

White: It will probably only be a minute or so though, which is okay with me, I have already been in the newspaper twice, and I don't really like strangers coming up to me, calling me my name like we have been best friends forever >_>

@Kitty: >_< I know. I'm contemplating not going into half the stores I usually go to cause of that. It's getting slightly annoying with all that Emo, Punk, and *gasp* Milly Cyrus stuff. (apparently she has her own style, but I'd still call it emo)
@Mei: Well that's good. ^_^ And makes sense with the whole stranger thing.

I could not agree more... most of my so called "punk" style came from the fact that I worked on a boat and in other manual labor-ish jobs and went to school for art and so my clothes were torn to shreds and covered in paint and grease and stuff like that... they were also most likely hand-me-downs or from thrift stores.
My mum was always like "I know you think having safety pins on your clothing is fashionable or whatever..." and I would be like "um... if this safety pin was not here I would not be wearing a shirt right now.
