I did tell him - hes not mad per say. More mad that it was Tab's check that bounced because he already paid her back. She should have to pay that

No, it's not... the language of the bill is farrrrr too broad and grants rights to the government to shut down private internet if there's any "perceived threat".... it's nothing more than dictatorial powers and limitations on our rights of free speech...

It seems all they are trying to do is to set up a dictatorship when it comes right down to it! *shakes head in disappointment* It's all just soooo ... surreal. And if they weren't specifically referring to intranets (which are localized, in-house networks), I'd say it was near impossible for them to impose something like this upon us, but the bill talks about "cybersecurity professionals being licensed" by the Fed. Gov't, and so very much more... not to mention that the term "cyber" is used in the bill to refer to just about anything electrical (cellphones, too, perhaps?!) *siiiigh*

Gaia - no. Haven't even bothered signing in there in probably 6months now. I should probably just give away my stuff and self-freeze all my accounts!

I think the Gaia event is going to be too time consuming this year. I don't think I did much of it last year either. My home computer doesn't seem to like Gaia much. I need to get that sucker reformatted or something.
