Yes. Nukes rule, but they just don't leave quite enough time to get the, "OMG HOLY SHIT THIS IS GONNA BE A BAD DAY!" expressions on people's faces.

oh, they do if people are slowly watching the nuke come towards them. Then everyone starts running in a panic because there's no way you can run from a nuke!

I never thought of it that way, and that is a very good point. LOL.

yeah, I've been watching too many movies and then the occasional clip of a real explosions. I don't remember what exactly this one movie is called, but its just a movie of explosions. I think its called the Bomb Movie...?

It looks like someone else has joined the RP ;) LOL! This is going to get more exciting by the day.

Here's where the group role-playing options and tips come in.

One, you don't have to incorporate your character with another new character right off the bat. If you're already involved in a different section of the plot, then it's better to continue on with it as if your character is unaware of what is going on in the landscape. Like you and Nelo for instance: keep up with that story-line. :) Everything in a group role-play that is well done will mesh together eventually, so no worries. ;)

Two, if you want to get involved in a new person's actions right away, you can create another character to play alongside their plotline. :) This can make things a little difficult sometimes though when it comes to keeping track of your characters and who is doing what. Lol.

And three: Relax! :) No one is here to judge you. We all want to have fun here, and I will be here to help you all along the way and keep the holes as tight and patched as comprehensibly possible. Just sit back and enjoy reading what others have posted and take advantage of developing new ideas and purpose for your role as well. *snuggles*

Ewwww. I hate math equally as much as you do. It's not that I'm bad at it either. I just find it INCREDIBLY boring.

I'm really really really bad at math. I can't understand basic skills at all! I never got past pre-cal.

I was in very advanced math classes. I was good at it, but like I said, it was boring as hell. The only reason I did well was so I could get good marks for my total GPA. Otherwise, I wouldn't have given a flying f**k. Lol

*crying* I'm still doing my math. I keep neglecting it because I hate it so much. Math is the only reason I miss the ADD meds. I am no longer on. Ugh, and I have no one to ask when I need help! but at least I understand logarithms.

I have avoided math in college thus far. I'm pretty much taking every class I can manage while avoiding math. It will catch up with me at the end of my gen eds though... dammit. :headdesk: I'm very very rusty to say the least. T.T

By the way, how are you liking the role-play so far? Hehehe.

I'm taking my one math class that I have to take right off the bat. I'm taking all those gen. ed classes first so I can take art classes the rest of college! and writing classes.

Hehehehe. There's nothing wrong with you using the name of a RP character. Kara is actually my name in real life. LOL! I'm just fond of my name since I don't hear it that often, and I like the way it sounds. I really like your character! She's very very cute, and you play her perfectly!

I'm sorry if the story gets a little overwhelming at parts. Just keep in mind that these are all characters pulled from the books I'm finishing. ;) Don't worry too much if you get a little confused. I'll always do my best to clarify things as the story goes along.

I used to do very similar things when I was in High School. Notebooks, texting, and even calculators when I could pull that off in Math class. LOL! I had one of those calculators you could type on. Me and friend fooled our teacher to no end. Our teacher thought we were just doing our work and comparing notes. Hehehe!
