It's an avatar site like many others. They all share the same concept.

I'm an 03-er from Gaia. I think this site is way better than Gaia. The people are nicer, the admins and mods actually care about you, I have yet to even hear about a single hacking, spam isn't allowed so you actually have conversations, the clothing is all reasonable, etc.
