Tarra laughed at Kale, "yes I am a girl, have been for years." she said and she instantly regreated revealing herself when Emilie said to explain. But things where already in the open and they needed a explanation. "I have been hiding for years because I did a few things in the past that I am not to proud of and people where after me. So I had to dress as a boy to get them off of my trail and I just kind of forgot about that till now. I got so use to dressing as a boy that I didn't even remember why I did it." she said as she looked at them.

"No way," Kale stared in shock. After a few moments of silence, the youth shook his head. "So . . . ah, Tarra? What's for dinner?" He forced his deep brown eyes away from Tarra, looking back to Emilie - which caused him to blush again.

Tarra ruffled Kales hair. "okay for one I am the same person as before. I can still kick your butt all over this ship and make great food." she said as she smiled at him. She had a feeling that he wouldn't believe it and smiled at him. "and your welcome to call me tom still, I go by either names."

emilie looked up at tarra "well that was news to me." when kale blushed she looked at tarra she smiled and grabed kale and hugged him "something yummy but i wont tell you what and neither will tarra you will have to wait and see but i will tell you what you will like it." she messed with his hair.

"Yeah," Kale chucked, "I'll like it." With a grin, he kissed Emilie on the cheek, and then trotted over to punch Tarra in the shoulder. "This is really going to take some getting used to, yes?" At that moment, the ship lurched, sending Rat flying backwards and tumbling into Emilie. He laughed as he disentangled himself from her, helping her up in the process.
"I'm starved. Let's eat before the weather gets worse and doesn't agree with the food."

"alright hun we can go eat we i just wanted to wake you up since sleeping like this isnt healthy and i want you to be healthy but i guess you heard the old thing that said you grow in your sleep well let me tell you that is compleatly untrue." emilie kissed kale on the cheek after he did the same to her. when she was sent backwords into the ship and kale into her she laughed "not so fast salor you havnt even gotten dinner." she let him help her up but then dusted herself off "shall we go then its not like dinner is going to serve itself to us if we just stand here." she started to walk off without them her hair falling from the tangled mess of a ponytail she tied it in letting it all slid down her back and her shoulders.

Tarra laughed and followed Emilie, "yeah I am sure that the food is done by now and all the men want to have some food." she siad and laughed as she thought of how they would react to haveing food infront of them. Most of them ate like pigs and it hardly looked like they used there hands.

"so im guessing since their are just men here and use that they dont use spoons and such and that its a fight to even be served."emilie knew from her old ship how true that was she used to fight with them just for bread of course one time it ended badly with her throwing one man overboard because he felt her up but that was just bad manners. they made it back to the kitchen and emilie looked back at kale and winked "ready for your food cutie."

Kale nodded, smiling at the two of them. "Uh huh," he muttered, following after them obediently. "I've been ready for food since the last meal was over with."
He reached over to tug on a strand of Emilie's hair, and cast a grin over his shoulder to Tarra as he trotted over to the counter, ready to help.

"hun what are you doing to my hair." emilie looked down at kale then smiled "i didnt think you could reach that high pipsqueek." she laughed and pulled her hair back it wasnt the best hairstyle but it would have to do for right now "keep messing with me and i might just eat your food i can be a real pigglet when i want to be."

Kale laughed, and started getting out a few bowls and plates. "Very funny," he said, "I almost want to keep tugging your hair to see if you'll actually be able to eat my portion as well as yours."
He brushed his brown hair away from his eyes in irritation, and put everything down in order to readjust his bandana. When he finished, Rat picked up the plates and bowls, carrying them over to Tarra.
"Let's get this party started," he said, smiling. "I'm starved."

Tarra smiled and gave him some soup and warm bread. "yeah I know you are, you always starving." she said as she smiled at him and then put some vegitables and some other things on his plate. She then got some more soup and bread and handed it to Emilie, "now eat up you two." she said as she got herself a bowl of soup and started to eat.

emilie grabed the bowl happily it was warm to the touch and it felt good in her hands "you know im going to steal this from you." she grabed kales bread and bit into it letter her piece drop into the soup so he couldnt take it "thats for pulling a girls hair you need to learn some manners." she winked at him but wasnt going to give his bread back it was hers now and well it was good.

"Hey!" Kale watched in stunned amazement as Emilie snatched his bread right out of his hand. "Em!"
A grin broke out on his face as he attempted to get it back, his tan hand shooting out to snag her wrist. Rat let his brown eyes linger on the bread as she took a bite of it, and whimpered slightly.
"Unfair," he said, narrowing his eyes. "If you're not careful, I'll send Sieg after you. You'll really hate me then."
With another laugh, Kale lunged for his bread, still holding onto Emilie's wrist while doing so.

emilie put the whole piece of bread in her mouth and began to chew it she was having fun with kale if he was good she was going to give him her piece that was soaked in soap by now. she swallowed hard and looked at him "no bread for you and thats only because your so damn cute that you gets to keep your soup so be happy about that." she turned her attention back to her soup drinking it all down in less time then it took to eat her bread but their was still the matter of her piece of bread it was still their with soup still inside of its crumbs. "kale come here boy give me a kiss and you can have my bread." she turned her head so he could kiss her on the cheek but when he got close enough one of the crew threw something at her which made her look making them kiss. she looked at him their licks locked together in shock her cheecks were turning the deepest of reds and now the whole crew were chering for their rat.

Kale was a bit surprised when she turned to face him, but kissed her anyway. Pulling away, he smiled crookedly. "You're bright red, Em." With a chuckle, he wrapped an arm about her waist and pulled her to him. "What's this? A kiss is too much for the daring new woman?"


Only one individual didn't seem to be enjoying the "fun."
Sieg glared at Rat and his girl friend, his blue eyes boring into the couple's backs.
Foolish, he thought, turning back to his meal.
The large man finished his food, and stood to bring his dishes into the kitchen area. His long blond hair fell about his shoulders and down to the middle of his back, and the man certainly fit the description of a knight - save the stern aura that he gave off constantly.
Stepping beside Tarra, he raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Tom?" he said in a deep voice, looking the woman up and down. "Who would have guessed."

Tarra turned to see Sieg and smiled at him. "yeah what is it?" she asked and her voice was no longer had the rought manly voice to it but a light girly voice. She knew that some of the men where still stumped on who she was but some of them where putting the dots togeather and so it wasn't all that bad.

"Quite a transformation," the broad man said, leaning against the counter. "I am rather astonished." After a few moments of silence, Sieg continued. "Does the captain know?"

Tarra laughed, "Well he is probabaly still one of the ones putting the puzzle togeather but I have been walking around like this all day so he should find out sooner or later. But I dought he will kick me off, I am the only one of the ship who can cook and fight." she said as she smiled at him.

"Hmph."
Sieg frowned and pushed himself away from the counter.
"He'll find out soon enough." His blue eyes narrowed. "I should have known."
The broad man looked Tarra over once more before raising an eyebrow and turning to step out into the hallway.
Having "Tom" as a woman, Tarra, wasn't that big of a deal. Not in the large scheme of things. Sieg's long blond hair blew about him as he stepped out onto deck. Looking to the sky, his cold blue eyes narrowed.
The storm was coming. And with it, a change on the ship.

emilie looked at kale "you know since you stole a real kiss i think you should get your bread." she laughed but didnt do anything so he could take the bread. she looked at him funny knowing that the men had planed that but ignored their chants for them to do it again.

"I'll ask nicely, if it helps," Kale reached up to brush her hair away from her face. With his brown eyes lit upon her gaze, the dark-skinned boy leaned down to kiss her nose. "Can I please have some bread, miss Em?"

"since you were asked so nicely i guess i have no choice do i open wide." she put the bread in her hands and put it in his mouth it was soaked in the soup "happy ok good now while you all finish im going to go get some air." emilie left the room and walked out to the front of the deck were she looked out to the water and sighed she didnt even see sieg.

A few of the men hooted when Emilie fed Kale the bread, and the teen laughed through his mouthful. When Em moved to leave the room, he gave her a slight wave, and went back to his food. Winking over at Tarra, Kale began to joke with the crew.


Sieg was leaning against the railing, and glanced over when Emilie stepped out onto the deck. When she went over to rest against one of the banisters, the large man cleared his throat.
"I wouldn't lean there if I were you," he said in a deep voice. His blue eyes were cold as he watched her, and Sieg turned his gaze back out to the sea. "The railing is weak."

emilie painiced she didnt even noticed sieg she fell to her butt "holy shit you scared the bejezus out of me what are you doing their trying to kill me." she patted her chest trying to get her heart to start beating again "did you not enjoy the show back their or were you like me and wanted some air from the craziness."
