Ooh. lol
I thought you'd just figured it out yourself. Haha. Which wouldn't have been a problem, since it looked like you'd posted it near the same time as my post. I just thought you'd discovered it right at the same time. lol Had found it funny. ;P But sarcasm is good, too. :]
lol Lost from what, Clair?

I think that sarcasm is humor, too. :] It can be rude sometimes, yes, but not always.

Yeah. My parents just don't understand the modern lingo. >.> I'll say "okay" And they're like "no, it's not okay" to which I reply " mom. Dad. When I say okay, that translates to 'i undersand'". Then they just complain. :stare: geezers.

lol Are they parents that had you when they were older in age, so they're a lot older than you? I think my parents had me around mid-20's. They're really understanding of everything, usually. And they joke around.

Yeah, my mom was 4 days shy of her 25th birthday when I was born, and dad was close to 24th birthday. They were fairly young.

@ Randall::
Clair thinks she will wait until she's out of college, or at least has a good chunk of college done.
I don't want to be in my mid-late 30s before having my first kid, but I don't think before I'm in my mid-late 20s. ^^

If I have a kid . . . I'mamgonna adopt . . . When I can financially support 'em all the way through college . . . Which sadly might be never. T-T
So, I updated the iPhone software . . . And I think that my keys are smaller. I keep hitting the space, but end up with 'n' and 'm' where the space should be. >.>

Wow, Alaunt. That's extreme. O.o
I mean... I'm paying my own way through college. It's nice that you'd want to pay their way... but you don't have to.

lol Yeeeaah. Thats why. ^^;;
Since they were so old when they had you, the age difference is quite a lot, as opposed to parents that have them when they're younger. I think that in those cases they're usually closer, and more understanding. Older times, older thought processes. Usually a lot more wary. I have a friend and her parents were probably around that same age when they had her, and her parents have usually been way overprotective, and shielded her as a child and shoved her in a bubble, pretty much. But they're paying for it now.
----------
I dont really plan to have kids, but we'll see as time progresses. Its rather possible that once I find that one person one day, I might change my mind. :] And if I get a steady enough job, and he has a steady job where we'd be able to support ourselves and a child in a way that they could have a good life, and we could still have a good life. I will not be some stay at home mom. I am going to live my life and do the career I want and be happy. I dont want to be weighted in one area because of kids, and be unable to travel if I wanted to, or just go out and do something. Some might find that selfish, but I dont see what it would matter if you dont have kids. Not selfish to not have kids. I mean, its not like we're required to have kids.

Yeah. For this upcomming year . . . I'm supporting myself. But since it's a community college, it's easy to do so. Unlike up at my four-year college. *wilts*

I dont have a job right now, so I can't do that. :/
That and my parents rather prefer that I stay here during the time, I believe, because they dont want me to be stressed from having to have a job and support myself and still do school and everything. I'm looking for a job, because I really want one, but I dont we moving out until I go to the University.

I want to get a job to be able to do that, too. I feel bad mooching off of my parents. So, if I get a job, it'll probably all go to helping pay for my school and stuff, that way they dont have to.

G'morning, everyone. :)
Clair still lives at home, as it's definately smarter than getting an aparment. I live 15 minutes from school, so, eh, I don't need to really live any closer. Mom's work in a 5 minutes from my school, so we ride together in the morning. Just makes a lot of sense.
Clair is expected to work while in school. She attends school 3 days a week, and the other 2 days, she works. She works a total of 11 hours. Not that many, but still, good money.

My parents will pay for my apartment rent while I'm doing school. After I graduate, I'll have to pay my own way. T-T
But I think that once I go back up to the four-year college, I'll get a job on campus (maybe late night shift at the dining commons store), and possibly another on job on campus to do between classes.
