yeah, you'll probably make it worse....I jammed my thumb once and then I jammed it again the next week because I didn't wrap it before spinning in colorguard again and its forever messed up.

oh incredibly good :P broke right wrist twice, left wrist once, back, right index finger,right ankle, and left leg ^^;;

haha all but two were done before i was 9... and i played hockey so i got the bruises too xP
but those are more like trophies in my fam so its okay haha

just went to the animal shelter to see if i can volunteer there.
