she leaves but she can hear what they are saying stil stands a little bit from the doors and listens to them saying some stuff

"I'll sign." Kain picked up the feather pen and quickly scrawled his signature in all the spots required, "Treat her well hm?" "Of course."

she goes to her room and goes asleep for a while thinking what they were talking about

Ru watched Kain from the corner of her eyes as he slept. They had been provided rooms by Hika and Kain had promptly fallen asleep upon reaching the bed. She wondered about what could have possibly been going through his mind all the time.

Hika sighed as he leaned back in his chair, glancing at the papers littering his desk. He needed to get married soon they all stated or else the council would come and dispose of him for he was a liability they did not need.

she wakes up and goes and walks and sees hika door open he was asleep and looks at the papers she can't read in the dark

Hika mumbled slightly and shifted in his sleep, his dreams uneasy.

she hears he is sleeping she leaves the room but she made a noise she knocked the table over

Hika's eyes opened in a flash when he heard the sound, "Who's there?" he questioned.

she puts the lights on "it is me nina hika i want to know what you and kain talked about please hika i need to know"

"It's just some family problems." Hika replied relaxing back into his chair now that the danger had gone, "I'll tell you in time..."

"please hika i need to know you said treat her well what do you mean hika"

"I..." Hika sighed and then tossed the marriage demands papers to Nina, "Just read those. You'll get it in time."

she reads it for some how "i still don't get it sir it said you are to marry someone who are you going to marry and why"

"If I don't want to be killed I have to find someone to marry within the next week, and I was hoping..." Hika got up from his chair and took Nina's hands into his own, pulling a small box from his pocket, "...I was hoping you would do me the honors."

she looks at him and blushs "but why marry me i am not a great girl to be with hika why me" she looks at him with her pretty dark blood red eyes

"You...are very special. In your own way of course. I wouldn't want it to be any other."

she blushs she turns and runs to her room and locks the door and hides in her room and "how can he marry me"

"Well that went...nicely..." Hika muttered, sarcastically and then sat back down in his chair, staring at the glowing embers of the fire that had once been in the fireplace.

she thinks to much of it she thinks about it and she goes back to his room "hika i think about it and i will marry you i am sorry hika i am just shocked about it i am sorry about it i can help you" she smiles

Hika was back on his feet in an instant, a smile adorning his face. He took her hands into his, "Thank you Nina, thank you..."

she blushs than she looks at him with her cute eyes "i really don't know what are you hika i am human what are you hika"

He smiled a little wider and his fangs gleamed in the light, "Half-vampire I'm afraid."
