I have not become sick, however, I suffer from seasonal allergies which cause nasal and throat problems, so I'm still going through pills and what not.
Of course, I think it's likely only a matter of time before I get something.

I'm sick but it's not anything anyone can catch for the most part. Right now I have an upper respiratory infection that I caught from cats at the shelter I work at. I also have a number of other medical problems so I always feel sick. In general though, I don't normally catch flus or anything like that.

My entire family has had swine flu except for my dad. Tis interesting, really. He's hardly ever been sick in his life. I mean, two people at his work got swine flu, my mom, one sister, and myself. He didn't even get an inkling of it.

For two whole years, I managed to avoid sickness.
Not even the slightest cough or mild fever or anything.
Till this year, I came across a very strange illness that lasted for 3-4months. been to doctors that didn't even know what it was.
It was absolutely horrible, I couldn't eat without choking, which often lead to long periods of throwing-up.
Breathing was even harder, it was hard trying not to choke on air and have another coughing fit.
Worst of all, happened in all my classes at school, where everyone would turn and go "Wtf?"
D: </3 So embarrassing.

Technically I'm not sick.
Nor have I been sick for a few weeks now. That if though you don't count allergies.
@ [email protected]
If you do, then there is hardly a day in the whole year where my nose isn't running, eyes watery & itchy.
>.<
Though that is mainly my fault, I'm allergic to my cat.

I'm surprised that I have gotten sick - I usually always get sick but I guess I'm away from friends and family so I'm not in close contact with people on a daily basis.
I've been having some bad allergies though. It's mostly because I've lived in one area all my life and now that I'm at college, there's a lot more new things to get exposed too. My eyes are so friggin' teary in the morning I wonder if people thought I was crying D:

I had a mild cold a few weeks ago. I can usually expect maybe two or three colds a year. My immune system is pretty strong otherwise, though, and I haven't had the flu since I was little. (Haven't had the flu shot in ages either because, you know, there's a limited supply and people who need vaccinations more than I do.)
And I work and go to school, and while I spend a lot of time cloistered in a cubical, I'm definitely in contact with people. Especially in college.

I've only gotten a slight cold, but nothing really serious. I don't even know if it was really a cold. It came on right when the weather changed and went away pretty quick. I didn't have a temperature or anything. My daughter hasn't really gotten sick either, luckily.

*Waves my hands while jumping up and down* Oh, wait.. you said not. o.o;
Well, I wasn't really sick. I only had sinusitis. It lasted about two weeks in which I had a temperature every now and then, green snot (TMI? xD), constant running nose (went through like.. six boxes, one right in Wally World while picking up some medicine), coughing, tiredness, phlegm...
I guess you could say I was sick lol. Oh, and now my grandma has it! But it's worse for her since she has asthma. When she first got it she said it felt like someone broke her ribs. Dx

Oh, sinusitis is no fun at all. I'm glad you're feeling better, Agent HEY-LEE!
The flu is quite widespread on campus now, but so far I've managed to avoid it. *knocks on wood*
