Because it's not too difficult to get gold. I actually thought it would be at first, but it's fairly simple once you get the hang of it.

The longer a post is, the more gold you receive from it.
The more games you play, the more gold you'll gain.

No.

That's considered spamming, and Spam is not allowed on Menewsha. You will receive warnings, and eventually be banned if you continue.

Also, double posting (or posting back to back without another user in between) is against the rules.

This helps to discourage spammers, bumpers and botters. <3
